i am getting increasingly cheap as i get older 

i've been into athletic-ish stuff lately; not like, overtly or anything like under armor or basketball jerseys, but stuff with athletic elements 

 

baseball button ups, running shorts, mesh tees, technical fabrics, etc etc. in particular i'd like a pair of pull on shorts in a heavier nylon / mesh or preferably leather, but i can't seem to find anything. or button up shirts like this 

 

 

suggest me some ~athletic inspired collections? brands? pieces? i don't really care if its by nike or topshop or whatever tbh, as long as theres still a decent level of quality / design from a "style" conscious POV -- i.e: 

 

 

but i really want some nice nylon / leather / poly / mesh pull on (running) shorts or something like that
