nice set up guys. i like the jeans on the wall too. in fact, had my SExIHs been too small, I was really considering mounting them under glass. i mean hell $400, only 23 made. i think it could qualify as art, so to speak.

I requested that they try and make the dye a bit lighter to see if some of the stitch outlines would poke through the overdye process.

Did IH provide you with an explanation as to why these aren't as dark as the 634S-B? Was it different overdye technique or something?

these 66-based cuts are my favorite cuts, and the zimbabwe cotton on the full counts are so nice. your 1108s should keep you happy for a long time. nice purchase.

thanks! in 2 days i doubled my denim. had nudies and apcs. added these FCs and SExIH01BKs. I def have enough denim between the FC and SExIH to keep me busy. i was very uncertain about the 1108s or going with one of FCs fuller cuts. but i'm very glad i made the 1108 choice.

time to pick up skating again... lol...

these are my first really slim denim. before i had RRDS and APC rescues. i have to say, i'm loving them. don't think i'll ever make the transition to a full on tapered leg, but slim straights are nice

Anyways, I want some nice quality boxer briefs that are pretty tight and have NO label on the band. I liked how the 2xist ones look except for that band - its looks too athletic for my style. Anyone know of a good brand (ie not generics from costco, etc) that dont have the logo? Uniqlo is not an option as I dont live in NYC and Im not asking a friend to pick me up some underwear

Believe you me, it'll loosen up, at least around the waist. I'm typically a 33-34 waist, but the 33 feels like a 32, maybe 31.5. But after 72 hours of continuous wear (yes, I actually wore them while sleeping), the waist on the jeans stretched to 33-33.5.

Now, as for the rest of measurements on the jeans, good luck. The thighs on the jeans hardly stretched at all. In due time, I hope it'll get loose... hopefully.

Yeah I'm not too worried about the waist. The thighs I'm a little hopeful for if only bc (and I know it's a WHOLE other class of denim) my nudies used to be crazy tight on the thighs, but loosened up a bit to where it was nice (after a LONG while)

the rest of the day was spent stretching the SExIH01BKs to get them buttons closed.

oh man.... these jeans are TIGHT. finely got all the buttons done. but it was tough. and they are tight as hell in the waist and thighs (after about 2 hours of wear). and damn these button holes are SMALL!!!! hahahaha... but i love them... now every day is the challenge on whether to wear these or my new full counts...

early reports are the BKs aren't ridiculously dark. So don't think of it as a black jean... (= (just trying to help you rationalize, haha) I just got some FC 1108s, but they will be shed for awhile after I get my SExIH01BKs....
