I tried out a 35mm mod on my Holga at Christmas in the Lake District. I used an expired crappy Boots retailers own brand film so not that great but wanted to test the mod out, worked well.
Tis me on the right....

Hi all,

Any idea how much that is going at?
I paid £225 for the frames in the Knightsbridge store, they're not the current season though so doubt you'd find them online. Model is 0466. I think the price for C&G is pretty consistent, all the searching I did seemed to show it wasn't widely discounted by stockists.
Let me know if you want any other info.

Looking for a summer fragrance, think about going with dior sport...seems quiet fresh, not the more technical, but I think my cdg is a bit heavy for summer.
any other decent, light fragrances going?
As the sun is blazing here in Covent Garden, I've got a bottle of Acqua Di Parma colonia in my desk draw.... perfect for this weather and nice and light.

I picked up a bottle of Escentric Molecule 01 today, something I've smelt in the past at parties but never known what it is.
Curious to know if it generally is a long-laster - I've a CDG, Terre d'Hermes and Acqua di Parma which I tend to stop noticing after 4+ hours - from what I understand the Escentric is a very different scent in terms of being very synthetic.

just got me when i went into the store. hope it has that effect on the girls....

very nice. almost got some M.C. Escher patterns going on
thanks man - i did shout out to the seagulls "pull an M.C. Escher for me"... guess it worked!
On a serious note - if you plan on taking a holga to a desert try and load it with film BEFORE you get there - the sand is super fine and i thought it had jammed my clicker thing open a couple of times.

anyone with feedback on l.a. eyeworks frames?
quality?
Looked at a couple of these, they were nice but were £225 and didn't hit me with "buy me" so went Cutler & Gross instead. Definitely worth checking as an option though if you can get to a stockist.

A roll back from a trip to Morocco:

And a Pearly King for good luck, who very kindly put his pipe in his mouth for the pose!

Another pair of Cutler & Gross specs, 0466 - guy in the C&G store in Knightsbridge told me its one of the older models.
If anyone wants a copy of their current 'catalog' I have a PDF so PM me with your email address.

yes... I know what you meant. My glasses are way heavier than yours, and I cope perfectly fine. Everyone has different tastes though, of course.
I hope your second pair of CG suits you better then. First still looks really good though, real talk.
Thanks. Here's the other pair I'm going to pick up; the Cutler & Gross stores are like glasses porn!!!! So many nice things in there.
C&G 0466
