yeah I would suggest trying to sell them and buying a pair of 24s (do they even come that small?!) or maybe eating some sandwiches or something. Most of the super tight denim you see here is people sizing down, especially with APC since they arent very good at reading rulers or something and make everything big.

Well since I know some people love before pics and no after pics! Finally got around to organizing some pictures and figured I would put these up since they arent they usual apc/nudie.

I would post after pics, but these things are slow wearing! going to take years for me to get them worn in :\ But the denim is beautiful and a serious work of art.

I stretched my nudies out after washing them cause I bought the wrong length. Its denim, it stretches.

well a pair of old selvedge 501's saved me a lot of skin in a motorcycle accident, they held up well enough to be worn again afterwards, cant say the same of my leather jacket.

maybe someone that gets a copy could scan it and make a digital version available to those that didnt/couldnt get a copy?

I know I would love to see this, but think a hard copy would be better going to someone more "denimhead" than me, but getting a chance to at least "see" it without taking one of the few available hard copies would be just as cool for me.

Not sure about the honeycombs (in a non-honeycomb stripe pattern) on just one leg though. As far as I can tell, her knee movement is the same on both sides.

personally, i dont care about "raw" or "dry" because if i had raw STF denim im gonna wash it before i do anything. im gonna wash it when it is dirty.

Exactly, there was a time when all jeans were raw and dry. I have a couple pairs of my dads Levis from the 50's and 60's and they look great and I know dad just treated them as pants and washed when needed.

I have a pair of the 50's but they are going to have to wait until i get some more wear on my Full Counts before I work them into the rotation so no pics from me yet.

What would you recommend for someone with a waist size of 34 who wants to wear them slim and who dislikes any kind of sagginess?

Are these latest APCs fitting larger than they used to? These actual waist sizes are absurd.

I would say go with a 31 for a really slim fit (i.e. ball crushing), I have a 34 waist and my 32's while tight at first have stretched to a more comfortable fit now.

Just an update, still havent bought any more denim! (not like I need it, i have several pairs waiting to get worn). I have been buying some new shirts though, but thats cheaper and a lot of my old ones are too tight now (started rowing more, my back has grown enough to make them too tight now)

5 months (after being washed with that sugarcane denim treatment in a machine) Unfortunately the honeycombs have been shifting like crazy and (I'm ashamed to admit this) but I tried folding them to get them to reform where they were originally, but there are some areas where they started creasing totally differently and faded kind of off...

did you soak them before wearing?

From the pictures it looks like they shrank and the honeycombs moved up your leg.

DD, were yours raw or one wash?

My raws started out big and shrank to just below tagged size.

The pockets are deep in these Lees, so my wallet keeps moving around.

I have a feeling I wont get a good, distinct fade from my wallet.

use some spray starch to set the pocket around the wallet.

One time I overfilled it a bit and the fluid left a nasty chemical burn on my hip, anybody ever do that one before? It sucks hardily.

Done that and it does suck. Worst was just as I was leaving for a road trip, I was very tempted to pull over and change my pants to try to stop the pain.

I have a bottle opener in my back pocket, but it get used a lot.

no kidding, I got a 32 and i thought that shit would be fine cause i usually wear a 34 in most dry denim but my 32's measure out to about 19 inches after 4.5 months of wear.

How did they fit new?

After some practice buttons are just as fast as a zipper, well except having to undo your belt. Only time I hate buttons is when I am at the bar, full of beer, have to pee so bad you are fearing you are going to have an accident and drunk enough you cant figure the buttons out!
