  1. What up fellas. Just a quick update. We put out all the AW07 JR stuff out already. There's about 8 styles of denim. I can't be assed listing everything down. I know the Munki hoodie was quite a hit with some folks.

We brought in some more of the Garni goodness, including their new button down shirts. Those are straight fire. The accessories are no less.

By the way, good meeting some of you lot in store the other day. Always good to shoot the shit about whatever.

  2. Here are a few pieces from SS07 Julian Red and Obedient sons. All of these are classic pieces and I've seen some people on here looking to buy some of this. I'm in Singapore and it's a darn shame it's getting hotter by the minute. All of these pieces are brand new and they'd throw in a bit of muscle into any wardrobe during the winter months.

Julian Red TT Jacket (1 small, 1 medium). Small can be worn by a medium and so on depending on how you like it looking. The picture shows a Small.

  3. If you think stores still make a profit selling at 50% off then you obviously don't know how retail businesses are run. That would mean that stores would generally be charging a mark up of about 3 times. That's insane and I sure as hell know that store owners don't do such stupid shit unless they have a mountain to climb in rent expenses.

Remember that when you do sell shit at 50% off based on industry margins, you'll probably only cover the cost of the good and that's not even including the Freight and GST and that is rare. After people charge on credit card and what not, that's an additional 3.3%.

50% clearance discounts are not good for any retailer. There's rarely ever a profit.

  4. You should their all great jeans....but i know how you feel...you can only have one favourite....its the hobo no wash for me rite now

Damn straight. Me too. I'm trying to wear the shit out of them right now.

  5. Just enjoy that you're one of the few people in Sg that do wear JR. That's a good thing. We are having discounts on all the bigger sizes and last season stuff. We are all out of the small sizes. New JR will be out on the floor in 2 weeks.

  6. Hey i'm just wondering you guys out there with hobo no washes(not the organic or the slevage)...particularly joey formal and cultpop...were they really stiff when u first got them, or were they pretty soft (Mine were):D...just wondering...thks

    Not too stiff. Semi stiff.

  7. no way!!!!

    limited???

    where to cop?

    :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

    My thoughts exactly.

Not that You and I give a shit but You and I both know that that's how it goes down here; Hypebeastin and what not...

Yeah we stock some Swear styles in store but we're not good with advice on stacking and stuff. I just put em on my feet and let rip.

  8. You are a moron. The brand obviously needs to grow and make money. If they continued on only selling to 7-10 stores worlwide the business would crumble under itself. They are doing a great job with distribution and growth while still maintaining their solid core of original fans. They are now broadening the scope of their business.

Mate, growth is fine. Just pick the right stores. You don't really have to make CP available in every state. Business is business but anyone in this business knows that ensuring longevity is the best way to achieve growth and money over time. Negligent stocking doesn't ensure love from all the people who came to like the brand in the first place. I'm pretty sure nobody's gonna give a shit about CP in 2 seasons. At the end of the day we're all picky bastards and things like that will eventually give reason for people to move on to something else.
