  1. sufu,

  2. Cloak T shirt IIRC from Fall 04 Size Small

Super soft T from Cloak’s early years. This shirt has been worn quite a bit and the years have taken their toll. There are two very small holes developing (one at the collar and the other at the front on the bottom; see pics). There are some very faint stains that are visible if one holds the garment up to light, but they are not visible when worn. Great cut and super soft.

  3. Cloak hooded wool cardigan XS

Cloak grail from AW 04. This thing is in excellent condition given its age. After a thorough examination there was no pilling, snags, stains, smells, etc. to be found. As with many of the items I’m putting up I would say this would work best for a 44/slim 46. This is a heavy and substantial piece and will be great for the coming winter.

  4. Thom Browne Oxford Sz 1

Great button down for the coming winter months. 100% cotton flannel with a black and grey pattern. I washed it once and have not worn it, so it is essentially new. However, I did carefully remove the TB patch that was stitched to the front of the shirt.

  5. LOOP WHEELER Hooded sweatshirt/jumper in navy blue tagged XL, but more like a US M or L:

I bought this at the flagship LW store in Harajuku as a Christmas present for someone, but unfortunately it was a little slim for their taste. It was worn once or twice and washed and then put in the closet.

As such it is essentially new. As with many Japanese items this runs smaller than tagged, so please check the measurements.

Here is a video that was made to promote the NikexLW products. The sweatshirt I'm selling in not a collab, but the process of making the fabric is the same:

From an interview with the owner of LW, Satoshi Suzuki:

A machine weaves 24 loops a minute, which is slow enough that you can track the movement with your eyes. Experienced craftsmen have to attend the machine constantly. Slowly and gently, without putting excessive tension on threads by only leveraging gravity, the machine knits the fabric to enhance the natural texture of the thread. It feels as if air was knitted into the material. Whenever possible we use a flat seam sewing machine that was used heavily back in the 1950s. Machines today require around 10mm allowance, but this machine requires only a couple of millimeters. A small allowance reduces overlays of materials and bulk creating a more comfortable finished product. In addition the flat seam machines use six threads at a time; more threads in the seam increase strength and durability to the product. It’s slow, takes more attention, but the natural skill of the engineers truly affects the quality. I believe it is made with mysterious skill unique to Japan.

Cloak Fall 2003 Leather Flak Jacket Small

I REALLY REALLY do not want to sell this, but it is just a little too big for me, to the point where it kind of wears me rather than the other way around. It is in great shape given its age. No rips or any other damage to speak of. Even the cuffs are in relatively good shape with an expected, but surprisingly small amount of pilling. Only real area of concern is the inside of the collar where there is some pilling, but you can't see it when the jacket is worn. Leather smells great.

    Cloak M65 Small

Picked this up from itzkoolkidkam (first pic is from him) and have never worn it…

It is tagged a size small, but is just too big for me. I would probably suggest that a true 46 or even a 48 could pull this off, but check actual measurements. There are some scratches/snags on the back and on the sleeve that any good tailor could fix (please see pics).

    Shoulder to shoulder: 17.5

    Armpit to armpit: 20

    Armpit to outside hem: 17.75

Armpit to lowest part of hem (center): 20.25

Total length (not including collar): 31.75

I paid way too much for this given I was not made aware of the imperfections on the back, so I really don’t know what to ask, but I’ll start the bidding at SOLDSOLDOSLSODLSODLSOD150USOLDOSLDOSLDOSLDS

  8. Cloak hidden placket oxford XS

I got this on Yahoo auctions and it was freshly dry cleaned with no stains, tears, rips, etc. like new. The material is rather sheer (100% cotton) and the buttons are what look like real shell and quite nice in spite of the fact that they are hidden. Oxford/button down collar.

  10. still on the hunt for some 1878 pantaloons or some cheap 55's. mmmmm.

I have an essentially new pair in a 28 waist. Make me an offer. Ah, the pantaloons that is.

  11. ^^^

Almost all stores here do that, particularly in retail, even when buying something as small as a piece of cake from a little kiosk they often come out and from behind, hand you the bag and bow as you leave. In any case, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the FIL staff in both Tokyo and Kyoto.
