Has anybody received his P10-S? The waist size is a mystery to me...

Large is close to 46cm (18") across.

Here's a fit pic of the J1A in a medium. Tried on the small and it fits like a regular slim medium, but wanted a looser fit so I opted to stick with the medium. (5'10" @176lbs for reference)
