  1. There called the Ayala Greenbelt Residencies. And they are practically sold out. the first two towers are completely sold out and i dont know about the third tower. Ideally the best location of a condo in Makati. But looking at pictures and shit, it doesnt look that damn sturdy, in comparison to some high-rise condo's where i live (san diego) the structure doesnt seem to be that supported. I wouldnt mind living there but i would want to live on the lower levels just in case of an earthquake or fire. They also wont be finished till im guessing 2008. the second tower a year later...and the prices are American standard prices. $200,000 - $600,000. but if you want to go above and beyond the conventional makati condo. Ayala has another development called One Roxas Triangle and its supposed to be the most luxurious place in Makati, they are only building penthouses and shit. and they are really really expensive even for American Standards $33,000,000 Pesos - $59,000,000 Pesos. but i guess you get what you pay for. because supposedly you need like thumb prints and shit to get into the elevator. unnecessary stuff that you will only need if you are being hunted by rebels or whomever wants to kill you.

  2. Slightly Used PSP i only used it once for a plane ride to Spain last year. It inclues: PSP console, 2 games, extra battery, 4 UMD cases, USB plug, Battery charger plug, PSP sleeve, Hard shell case.

does not come with the original box, but i will make sure that every single accessory and the console is secured tightly. i will bubble wrap the important stuff.

my reason for selling is that i dont even use it. It was a total impulse buy and i figured i would need it for a plane rides.

the PSP is in pristine condition. with a minor blemish on the lower left hand very minimal and a few scratches on the back silver PSP outer ring logo. and works fine. no dead pixels or anything.

  3. damn. season 4 premiere was pretty good. the whole documentary style thing was an adverse way at looking at the show. going into it i thought it was going to be shot just like the episodes sort of indirect.

  4. No need to elborate.

These are practically new. i bought them in the winter and honestly used them out about 4 times. They still smell new. These have also been hemmed to a 31 1/2 inch inseam (i know its blasphemeous but they were just too damn long for me). i will let them go for $180 shipped within the US $190 outside the US.

i really just need to get these out of my room and to reimburse myself from another purchase.

  5. The actual father/creator of molecular gastronomy (deconstructivist) is, Ferrán Adrià. He is a Spainish born chef and throughout his career has redefined the way chefs look at food. His restaurant, El Bulli, is a Michelin 3 star restaurant. It is pretty much considered one of the best restaurants in the western world. This guy is the OG of molecular gastronomy, he's been making this shit up since 1983. He also has a fat ass book that he sells with all his creations documented each year.

This guy is untouchable in the gastronomy world.
