This ones finally finished. Wasn’t happy with the pedals on it, so got some early 70s campy. Only the left one fit. Discovered the previous owner had the left arm tapped to 9/16, but the right was French. Got it tapped for 9/16 at the shop yesterday and hoping to ride after work. It’s a good mix of French (frame, cranks), Italian (lots of campy), and English(531 tubes, brooks pro) 

Oh, I’ve been on classiclightweights.uk. I love the old stuff. Unfortunately the only uk bikes you see in the us are Raleigh. 
 

funny… the de Rosa is the most modern bike I’ve had. It’s a 7 speed freewheel and aero levers. Fancy.

That’s crazy. Seems like y’all still have good prices on other things tho… I’ve been buying tubulars from Merlin online because they are half the price as American shops for veloflex and vittoria 

These came in over the weekend… the best. This is the one part, besides the saddle, that isn’t Italian on the bike. These just beat campy in every way.

New bike… 1973 motobecane le champion. Original except pedals, and upgraded to campy high flange record wheelset, tubular of course.

Red line selvedge, nice stiff denim, made in USA, red tab on back pocket... anyone heard of this brand before?

Got some weird ones off eBay today... cut off blue tab, lighter not very slubby denim, loose fit, and solid red selvedge. Pics soon.

Nothing really... I have a pair of round up & co I just got, some mr freedom shore pants that i rarely wear, and a handful of washed jeans, Couple lvc and couple Dior. Have some great 45 rpm too, but they are aihikos, so they don’t fade
