grrr typed up a pretty neat review of some series b4 but lost it all.. anyway...my 3 picks:
Rurouni Kenshin - pretty old but easily the most developed Samruai series IMO. What it lacks in animation quality compared to newer series like Champloo, it makes up for in content. An ABSOLUTE classic in my book.
Cowboy Bebop - incredible vision by Watanabe considering it was made almost 10 years ago. One of the best cast of characters I've ever seen, and even for today, it has an effortless style that is rarely achieved. Yoko Kanno also did a timelessly hip OST for this one.
Fumoffu (Full Metal Panic 2) - nothing serious but just 26 episodes of great laughs. Don't have to wacth FMP to enjoy this.

King Rat by China Mieville - I read this one years ago when I was in my mid teens, but it was memorable enough that the title pops in my head whenever someone says the word book.

After a month of wear, my 21cms stretched out everywhere and fitted poorly. I decided to give them a soak last night and to my utter surprise, the bathtub of water turned incredibly dark from the indigo loss. Comparing this to some of the images posted in this forum of new jeans being soaked (i.e. Samurai Contest jeans) I got a bit anxious.
Surprisingly, after they dried, the colour didnt fade much at all and the shrinkage was perfect. Now I'm just worried that soon they will stretch out like crap again... so my question is, should I send them to the tailor now or after they've stretched?

Hey, thats like one of my biggest hobbies!
I know Photoshop & a lil bit of 3DSMax.
I started off making anime wallpapers cos I thought that was pretty cool but moved onto other stuff like book covers & logo designs.
I wish I had a tablet so I can learn Illustrator. Also hope to exapnd my 3DSMax skills.
Since I'm not professional there is no schedule ><
I'd be happier if I were pro i think =) I'd love to do it for a living....but I can't cos...
I'm currently a full time uni student.
There ya have it.
Well I gotta go now but if you havent seen the following site, you should definitely check it out...theres tonnes more but this is one of the first that popped into mind =)
