just got my pair of SD103's today. They are really really stiff. Difficult bending knees stiff.

They are not as fitted as my Bootcut Olas...but then again I haven't soaked them yet. At size 31, they fit pretty snug too. I normally wear 31-32. So hopefully i'll stretch them out first then soak them.

hey digi, i soaked mine in cold water, for 6 hours and air drying as we speak. the width of the leg opening shrank from 9 to 8 inches. and lenght from 36 to 33 inches. Which is exactly what i wanted. The waist surprisingly enough didnt shrink it remaind size 32 waist! Thanks RingXRing for the soaking tip!

That's good to hear. Beacause they fit perfect at the waist. I hoped they would be a bit more fitted. Especially since they are a 2 on the scale :1 is tight. 5 is loose.

yeah they will, check the measurements after you soak them.

The inside of those jeans are really blue...unlike most jeans which are whitish blue.

Also really love the pocket fabric design.

exactly, they didnt skimp on details and indigo when they were making these.

i asked my friend if he could wait a month so i can pay for it he said he cant. =(.

they probably stretch more or less an inch, as is the case with most denim. If they're half a size within your size range they should accomodate. -

I'm merely repeating what others already answered, I can't guarantee the information.

i agree, more or less an inch and will shrink back to tag size if washed. the texture of the denim is really nice. you can see the sugar millet fibers, but surprisingly soft. the underside is like broken twill? because the lines dont go left or right?i dont see any directions, every inch of the surface area is covered in blue indigo on the underside. super slubby.

if i get the right size these are all mine.

--- Original message by adsurgo on Oct 18, 2005 05:05 PM

waist: 32inches - measure 16 inches across /so 32 inches inches all around.

    the rise measure: 11.5

    the leg opening is 8.5

  8. Just recieved today sd-103 size 32. They fit exactly like waist 32. I think after a rinse they will shrink to size 30.They are unwashed rigid. The fit is really good, its closely similar to slim jims, but not super slim.it fits right about right on the waist .

I might end up selling these so I can grab a size 34! These would be great for someone who doesnt plan to wash them or for someone who is size 30 who will.
