So, it's been about two and a bit months since my ex dumped me. Went through a really bad phase where I'd get really upset all of the time, and then decided I just needed to cut her out of my life - deleted her off facebook, deleted her number, etc. Didn't speak at all for ages and it was the best thing ever. I missed her like hell, but I could actually feel myself getting over it, albeit slowly. We have started e-mailing each other again since yesterday and it is strange: at first I felt really bad again, but as it keeps going I am actually starting to feel okay, even happy for her when she mentions something that is going right in her life. Think this is the start of things getting better, and my mood finally improving.

Haven't been to that particular place, but Sunnybank in general is the best place ever for asian food. Need to go back soon and try this place out!

Doing a trip to America in June/July and so far am doing New York, LA, Vegas. My cousin lives in LA so I'll be spending most of my time there due to free accommodation.

So, my girl broke it off with me about a month ago after almost two years. I was not in a good place, but now I'm starting to feel better. Found out that she is now seeing this guy she used to work with who she always told me was just a friend. So predictable, but it still hurts like all hell. The worst is that she has been lying to me about not seeing him, and the only reason I know for sure is because somebody else confirmed it for me. I confronted her and she admitted to it, but it was weird: before she knew that I knew she would get angry that I am accusing her of something and make me feel bad, and now I know that I was correct the whole time. Fucked up.

I've started seeing this new girl, who is awesome, but I can't help but keep on comparing everything to my ex. It is kind of doing my head in, and I need to stop it, but am finding it really hard.
