  1. i have family in germany who send me packages once in a while and i've never had problems. you should make sure the person sending the package declares it as a gift and marks the value no higher than $50, otherwise you'll have to pay fees.

but two packages completely getting lost... i think someone's ripping you off. are you sure the sender is legit?

  2. tim lehi and jef whitehead are my personal SF favorites, they work at www.blackhearttattoosf.com

but it totally depends on the style you're looking to get. i'm just really into oriental and american traditional tattooing rather than black/grey and super detailed stuff.

you can also never go wrong getting some work done by the legend, mr. don ed hardy at www.tattoocitysf.com. it's the dude that designed these lame mesh hats that britney spears, usher etc rock currently. however, he's a tattoo legend.

  3. Quote: what do you call classic, don't want to post too many band names in case you work out im 60yo.

i'm all about the bad brains man. by far my favorite band ever.

other than that i'm really into cro-mags, black flag, antidote, underdog, the icemen, leeway, integrity, ringworm, murphy's law, sheer terror... stuff like that.

  4. Quote: awesome choices. was anyone here at posi numbers? or the lifetime/ kid dynamite reunions?

yeah i was at posi fest and the lifetime/108 show in philly.

posi #'s was a little meh this year, i wasn't really feeling the venue. 2002 and 2004 were the best posi #'s imo. underdog killed it though.

lifetime and 108 were both real tight but i wasn't feeling the audience.

i hear there'll be a floorpunch, mouthpiece etc benefit show for katrina in a couple weeks in philly and boston. i'm guessing it'll be announced soon.

  5. some recent bands i like are

charge, lion of judah, blacklisted, robot whales, cold world, iron boots, think i care, mental, war hungry...

can't really say i'd spin any of these at home but i enjoy seeing them live. i don't really listen to much hardcore anymore besides some classic stuff.
