can you hook me up with a pro form? or know someone who would be so kind to do so?

i wish i could....i still have friends at my old shop that hook me up, but i'd have to have it shipped to the shop first, then shipped up to me, and then send it to you....the cost of that wouldnt be very much of a hookup for you.....

the best thing to do is make friends with your local shop guys and score some gear that way.....but if i find a loophole to get you shit without all the shipping BS, i'll give you a holla...

haha, everyone and their cousin has a clothing company right now..

the market is WAY over saturated, you aren't going to do anything creative beacuse you're asking for advice on SUPERFUTURE, and you aren't willing to invest the time to search yourself.

best of luck with that.. can't wait to see you peddle your shirts on ebay because noone is buying and you don't know the first thing about starting a clothing company.

just for reference, I started with 6 pieces total, and a smile on my face.

i think its fucking hilarious when people like this bitch about ANYONE who starts a new clothing line.....

    two things to think about:

    1. if no new companies start up, then your fucking stuck with the same ones forever....fresh blood (some) brings fresh ideas to the table

    2. darwin's theory....the strong survive, the weak shit gets weeded out....i say if you have an idea, go for it....

  3. agenda was....dissapointing....

i love how they claim all those buyers will attend....we went for the first time this september, and the turn out was lame....most that show up are just killing time and getting away from the madness at ASR....the number of serious buyers is much lower than what they advertise....and most of the buyers there rep shops that are pretty skate/snow/surf minded, so if your brand doesnt lend itself to that, then it wont help...

i would recomend spending the extra dough to do pool in vegas....from what i've seen of your stuff, it looks like it would fit better there than at agenda anyway.....

i am interested in anyone who can give the good word about agenda's shows in japan....anyone out there with some knowledge?

  4. i know a lot of people have said they dont care where its from, as long as it fits well and is good quality....but with that aside, i would much rather support my local boutique shops than something corporate.....same goes for music shopping, etc.....not only is the selection of unique items better, but the service is usually more helpful....

selling out.....department stores for sure - like some people said, look at how stussy, vision street wear, etc. lost street cred back in the day.....but urban, i dont think its the same ballpark....because most of the smaller lines they carry are a higher price point, you dont see frat-dog frank sporting it like he sports the cheesy urban label tees.....

but at the same time, if urban carries a smaller line i think local boutique shops would lose interest in said labels.....

  5. stumbled across these practically new at a thrift store for like 10 bucks....the fit is amazing....they have darts in the back above the pockets, not levis tag, a tall hem line for cuffing them, and are part tencel....

anyways, i've been looking on the web to try to find out what pair they are, and haven't turned up anything....any levis pros out there want to chime in?

this is the most retarded statement i've seen on superfuture in a long time (other than anything DCTMFC says)....

first off, they're kids....do you expect them to be dropping loads of cash on what you deam 'acceptable' clothes? i know i sure as shit didnt shop in boutiques as a kid....

and secondly, skating is a lot fucking better than going out for the varsity football team....i bet over half of us here grew up skating and still skate....your picking the wrong crowd to bitch to....

a thread to express our distaste for arrogant fashionistas sounds a lot better to me....

  7. saw some levis i didnt recognize in a thrift store yesterday, and after looking online i couldnt figure out what pair they were.....heres the details i can remember....

material was like 2/3 cotton, 1/3 tencel

    no back tag sewed on....

had a crazy cuffline, really tall - looked like they were meant to be cuffed

had darts sewn in above both pockets...

    any ideas?

  8. if your looking for the shirts at wholesale, the owner of a boutique called hudson in melbourne knew someone who imports em....she sold blanks in her shop, and could maybe hook you up with someone to buy in bulk for cheaper...that was over a year ago though, so im not sure if its still relavent....

call and ask her...not sure what her name was....hudsons on balaclava i think...
