  2. Thanks for all the replies, djrajio, i will be around till end of this week. i ll try to find the spots. having the address isnt much of a help around here. any prominent landmark near warehouse? what is the address in english? i went to the neighborhood store in harajuku *that is the location that you posted correct?* i dont remember seeing wtaps, perhaps i needed to look closer.

  3. Hi,i`ll try to say what i have found, theres no dior selvedge from the shops, i know people dont really come here for dior but i was looking for a pair. i cant find w)taps, can someone help me out on it? i cant find warehouse, or studio d`artisan. Dry Bones Daikanyama has no guitar wolf or dry bones in sz27 (i may have misinterpreted the salesperson) they do sell guitarwolf`s cd. i still have afew days so if someone can help it would be good.

what are some reccommended stuff to get around here?

i`ve been to lad musician, uniqlo, muji, may plan to get something from neighborhood. comme Ca looks interesting. i saw some of Rico`s stuff but the prices are pretty high. i couldnt find julius. i got some APC here as we dont have them back at home.

  4. I would like to know how or what defines a pair of aviator sunglasses? i think that they are oversized, other than that i'm not sure, is the like a specific shape for the frame? pictures or what is and what isnt would be good. i googled it and didnt quite understand.

On a side note for scooter riders, what is the difference between Lambretta and Vespa?Just curious.

  5. i saw on the japan apc website, seems the pricing in japan is alright, so i might be getting them over there. Then theres Agnes b and cloak, would i have to be prepared for some serious ass-raping prices for them? so far i heard that dior isnt good(pricewise) over there. I'm of course going there for japanese denim and stuff like uniqlo, but i'm looking to see whats good and reasonable.

I have never used credit cards overseas, so do they charge quite abit for the service? And is it better to convert my cash in my country rather than at their airport or in tokyo itself? Sorry if the questions sound stupid but i'm trying to figure out as much as possible.

  6. thanks for the replies, i just forgotten an important point, we are contemplating on the idea of going there to search for hotels or capsule hotels. Youth hostels arent really our thing,we dont like the idea of haveing curfews, although the chance to meet other foriegners is seems 'interesting' i dont think that would be considered an option. Is it easy and cheaper to just hunt for a place to stay over there? Or would it be reccomended to book a place. i'm thinking of atleast trying out a capsule for a day or 2 at least.

We are asian chinese so i dont think they would be able to tell as i have been mistaken by japanese tourists to be one one of thier mates in the tour group, lol.

This trip will most likely be a tokyo one only, maybe yokohama, but not sure what we can do there yet.I'm there for the clothes, people, buildings, food,Rock(addresses for pubs or gigs happening would be great,i'm a huge Dir en Grey fan, i know they are having a tour now, but they wont be in tokyo, but i hope to find some band tees or something.) My pal is similar but more geared towards thier electronics.

Shopping wise i think we are pretty well prepared as i have a mag that has pics and locations of 100 tokyo stores in japanese so we can atleast point and ask if we do get lost.Superfuture maps are at hand too(this site is great!icon_smile_big.gif). i'm are thinking of getting unlimited passes but the train system is crazy.there are like 10 lines, i hope if i get, its the correct one that enables me to switch lines.

  7. i think we will be spending most of our time around shibuya/harajuku areas other than disneyland and tokyotower and maybe ginza so we're currently trying to find a place thats as cheap as possible amd as near as possible. any idea what time do trains stop? we are considering walking back if we are out too late.I heard transportation is expensive, but its still cheaper than getting a place directly in shibuya right? trying to budget about 120usd per day for 2 people if thats possible per night on hotel. lower would of course be better.

http://www.housejp.com.tw/page/englishroom02.htm is this place far?http://www.asiarooms.com/japan/tokyo/yamachi_-_haneda.html this too.

  8. alright thanks, i have a friend thats a gadget freak. any places to hit to check out the latest toys? i'm there for the clothes mainly. lad musician is easy to locate? I would like to get dior or cloak over there but i think it will be pretty exp. i should be heading to hongkong after that, you think its a better idea to get it over there?
