I remember going to 555-SOUL in Ludlow and buying a Tie-Top Hat circa 1991. Camella actually used to sit there in front of a sewing machine asking you which color label u wanted on the hat. Those were the days. 555-SOUL was to me the Original Street wear label in NY, everybody else just bit.

damn...there was really nothing else over there back then so we went ther especially to get 555-soul stuff. You had to try on all their clothes cause everything fit diff even though it was supposed to be the same size. went away to school...and came back and it was everywhere...

  4. This is just speculation, but that AJ1 tee from Brkn home was released immediately after that supreme deck with the AJ1's and AJ3's on it (That famous deck with the red AJ1's, AJ3's and pencil sketches of mountians and clouds etc.etc.), cant remember who the artist was, but the AJ1 shoe concept with the bottom of the sole showing is exactly how the AJ1 on the Brknhome t-shirt is situated. Im not saying he bit the Supreme, but the timing and the images are just to similar

damn this board is not too user friendly.......

in answer to the quote above, I'm positive those brkn home tees came out before Dan Cohen's Supreme boards.....or at least before Supreme put them up in their store and Supreme wasnt allowed to sell them due to unauthorized paintings of Nikes (Jordans) on the board.......
