Absurd is designed by Angelo who works at nom. It is one of the top brands right now and is carried at nom, dqm, as well as some shops in japan. They made the infamous patric ewing shirt as well as many others. The fall stuff is highly anticipated and should be dropping shortly.

after checking out the uniqlo stores in london, I must say I was impressed. The quality and fit of their garments are great and I think this brand has a chance to really suceed in the US. Does anybody know about plans to open up shops out here? I think they could crush GAP and stores of that nature.
On a slightly different note, I got these 'one wash jeans' should I was them or what? Once? If I do, how much will they shrink?

another good advantage of discharge is that you can do an all over print without getting that heavy feeling that you get when you do an all over print with waterbased ink

From what I understand, kaws used to work with the MTA so he had the keys to open those bus station advertising things. Basically, he would take the ads out- bring them home- and do these sick designs (the X X over the eyes) and put them back in the next day. I have no idea how he has blown up to the level that he is at now, but I can say that some of his work is pretty cool.
