Is the raglan or set-in sleeve Loopwheeled?

Here are the 3 RMcC sweatshirts - raglan, set-in sleeve and the heavy, rigid Ballpark one.



Details & workmanship is on a similar level - the most significant differences are the knits and cuts.
The raglan one is the flimsiest and softest, the Ballpark one's the heaviest.

The raglan has the most vintage type cut - wide chest, tapered to the hem, short.
Set-in sleeve on top of the raglan sleeve - sleeve width and length is very much the same...



Please note that the size of the raglan one is L - all others are size M.

I have put the Ballpark sweat on top of the two...



Let's take a look at Buzz Rickson and Anthem/Athletic...



Both are more modern (straight body, little to no taper) and longer sleeves.

Buzz on top of the 2 RMcC's...



Anthem/Athletic on top of the 2RMcC's...



If you'd ask my cat he would recommend Buzz & Anthem/Athletic because he's cheap & easy.

I think I did a comparison awhile ago...

I have all 3 of them.

What's your review between the 3 McCoys?

I have the Buzz Rickson and I am happy with the quality and weight, however the length is too short for me. Which would of the McCoys would you recommend?

I like the McCoys.....How does that compare to the loopwheeled one?

Seems like most loopwheel sweatshirts are really short in length.

Can anyone suggest an alternative to a Buzz Rickson (new fit) crewneck but has a longer length?

I have a size small Buzz and it too short for me and the medium is way too billowy.

I used aquafor earlier and now using lotion. Majority of the piece has healed I think. But the red with black around it is still a bit dry looking. Maybe just that area takes a bit longer. 

Some aftercare advice: Got my 1st large piece a month ago and certain parts still seem dry especially the red color. Does red normally take longer to heal? I've been using unscented cetaphil lotion 2-3x a day. It still feels tight at times and looks noticeably dry. Am I worrying over nothing & using the right product? Any feedback? Thanks!

I called HP and they were helpful and provided great customer service. I choose the size based on rakuten and SE measurements and hope it works out. HP said they will take exchanges if it doesn't work it.

Anyone interested in a red BR x SE sweat in M? Old cut. I'm just clearing out closet space and never bothered to ebay this.
 

HP is really good at helping if you give them a call direct. I definitely would not size up in the old cut. I think it's one of those things where it works for you or it doesn't. Looks really bad when folks size up and the shoulders are too wide and the sweat too roomy.

As for measurements, I've owned 4 total in different colors of the old cut and they all vary a little to some degree. Might be due to the dyeing of the fabric. Definitely ask for real measurements before purchasing. (Sorry no experience with the new cut)

Can anyone confirm the sizing of the BR sweatshirts on sale currently on HP? 

Is it a general rule of thumb to size up? I found some measurements on rakuten and older b/s threads but they are a bit all over the place. Is the SE measurements for the old or new sweater?
