Invasion is not the only store that sells Ijin jeans in Copenhagen.

You can get also get them at Hardware, that has about 3-4 different models.

Hardware sells denim from Duffer and Edwin too, if anyone asks :)

I picked 'em up in a store where i live (Copenhagen, Denmark). I don't know where to buy Ijin online, except that japanese shop just postet.

My favorite pair of jeans, the quality is superb and in my oppinion the design is cutting edge.

They are not selvedge, but that doesn't matter much to me.

It feels like many vintage jeans collectors etc. really dislike Ijin, but I guess that's just a matter of taste - I love them.

  3. a) Exactly. I was expecting them to shrink as much as for example my Edwin selvedge jeans did, but they didn't. They got a bit tighter, but i will definitely still describe them as baggy/loose fit. And the leg width did not change much either.

    B) Yes very softer now. Much softer then my other raw jeans after the first wash. But they still look raw.

  4. I got mine Ranans just before christmas, and I did not wash them before last month (could not stand the very baggy fit anymore).

I washed them at 40 degrees and dryed them by hanging them outside. In my oppinion, they didn't shrink much. Atleast not as much as I expected. But the character of the denim changed. In contrary to the very stiff material they are when you buy them, they are now a very soft denim. Very nice to wear now.

Mine are a size 32 width and 32 length on the label, and I think they maybe shrinked 1½ inch in length, and about 1 inch in the waist. I was hoping for a bit more, but they are still very nice jeans.

I hope that helped you a bit.
