  1. Watched a bit od Bape TV in Tokyo the other night....bapesta wrestling was on it.

Unless you're a hardcore wrestling fan, it's complete shit. Shameless promotion, but then again, wrestling is big business for the young generation in Japan, so once again Nigo comes up trumps.

soon. All I know is that since the last camp out at the Bape store in NYC. They are trying to keep the drop date as hush as possible.

    Same in Tokyo.

    These were all released mid-week......hush-hush.

BWS and Bapexclusive have had a lot of midweek releases recently.

Personally, I don't rate the kaws camo.

  3. I've liked stussy since I bought my first tee back in '90....although, the S/S '05 collection over here in Tokyo is piss-poor imo.

Never really felt Supreme stuff, although some of the jackets are pretty cool. But Supreme is a bit pricey in Tokyo.

You've wracked up 67 posts in a matter of weeks...not bad for someone with such strong views against the internet.icon_smile_wink.gif
  5. bape x good charlotte...can't see the sense.

Some of the colab. designs have been poor lately, but there are still some good things comin' from bape.

I picked up the beige skull stas and tomorrow the blue camo full-zip hoody is rumoured to be released in BWS Tokyo. I'm chasin' that.

  6. For a large city like Tokyo, the banks aren't open for long hours...if I recall, they close around 3-4pm and are closed weekends.

ATM's are usually a little more accessible, though.

A bank account is a must if you wanna get a mobile phone. My job paid cash in hand, so I only opened an account for a phone.

However, I did bring a lot of cash with me and it did put my mind at ease depositing it.

I suggest you bring as much cash as possible and deposit in to a Japanese bank.

I never used Citibank, so I can't give you much info on that.

My account was with Mizuho bank in Tokyo.

  7. Thought you'd like it!

You're spot-on. You need a good few hours to sort through the clothing. Some of the deadstock shit they've got there is crazy money!!

I've found a few great places in Harajuku. Buy 'Smart' magazine, they've got all the ads in there for the shops.

And in Ebisu, on the same street as the EVISU store, there are some ok used stores. Worth a look.
