  1. It's true Beijing is an admin hub, but it's not the gov't that makes a city vibe. People away find ways to express themselves, and i'm sure the same it true in Beijing.

    try these spots I've visited

-Old Poachers Inn, 7 Sanlitun Lu (pub)

    -Sgt Pepper’s (lounge)

    -JJ’s, Xinjiekou Bei Dajie (club)

    - Dong Dan Bei Dajie (great place to find cloths)

    -Lufthansa Centre (mall, chic)

-Cold Blooded Animal (underground rockers, try to catch a show)

anyway I think there is more than enough of a scene for SF to create a map. But I hope they consider other cities, Taipei, London, L.A. to name a few. But I think it has to do with demand for an area.

    So....How's your girl?

  2. Foxxx,

c'mon man Project Pat, Lil Wayne & flip? I know you like what you like. But this is list of the best all time. It's cool you represent'in the dirty and all but even someone from south of the mason dixon should now better. If you said outkast or luke or that dude from Atlanta, he's like the georgia version to too short but can't stay out of jail long enough to build a nation following. Even he ranks above those cats on your list. On the real I'd put Hesh (sealab 2021) above those guys.

    So....How's your girl?

  4. try, strand books they alway have a great selection. It really depends what you are into. there are some bookstores midtown great for architecture, and there's this spot next to moma that sells japanese mags and books (some in english). so what are you into?

  5. dolo you took me back to 1994. when i heared a rumor that this hot new group wu-tang clan had like 20 heads rockin one mic and they opened a store near the stapleton projects. I don't think they really had a store but I did try to find it. i was able to buy some of the orginal gear at phat farm early '95, i even copped the method man tee. the one with the wu symbol upside down for meth. so to answer you question, yes. wu was a culture within a culture. people see that wu and they know you aint nutin ta fu#k with! i'm going to ebay right now.

  6. have you tried the flea markets? there are couple of good one's that have almost everything.

    1. Ave A and 11th st. next to the school. very cool clothing and vintage 80's gear.

    2. Spring and thompson (maybe prince and thompson) it's a little hipper clothing may not be as cool. they serve a more contemporary crowd.

  7. ALL BAPE IS FAKE UNLESS YOU BUY IT DIRECTLY FROM THEM! that's the new rule. I'm tired of reading thread after thread of this shit! I understand you don't want to get riped off or buy something that's not wha it should be, but damn everyother day it's bape or supreme fake id questions. just assume it's all fake just to be safe and write about something else
