  1. Studio D’Artisan x Okayama Denim “Kakishibu” Sashiko pants. Relaxed tapered, sz34, hemmed to 29” by Indigo Proof. I wore these probably 20 times over the last few years and just never vibed with the fit. The material is beautiful and so comfortable. They have been soaked once and there is some fading peaking through around the crotch and back of knees, but it’s hardly visible unless in the right light. Selling to fund other stuff! $200 + shipping OBO Actual waist 35” Inseam 29” Rise 11” Thigh 11.5” Cuff 7.5” Momotaro “Ochazome” Sashiko Type 2 sz 40 I was so stoked to buy this a few years ago and have only worn it a dozen times. The color of the material is too close to my pale skin and I feel like it looks like I’m not wearing a shirt. It’s so comfortable though, wish I liked it more. Never been soaked, some indigo transfer around the waist, small stain on the left arm. Some faint creases setting in the arms. $200 + shipping OBO P2P 21” Arm 25.25” Shoulder 19.5” Back 25.25”
  2. I think I prefer a Storm Rider too, especially the corduroy collars. Nice little pop of color against all the indigo. Also thats good to know, I scrolled past that pair and was thinking how much I liked seeing that electric blue pop out in the knees and high wear areas. The fabric is so nice and soft already, the first wash will be nice
  3. Its a really nice piece. First foray into TFH and I'm impressed
  4. My girlfriend got me the Flat Head FN-OJ-D102 blanket lined jacket while we were in Japan. I previously had the Momotaro x Okayama Denim "Frost" type II blanket lined jacket and never liked how it fit. I put this one on in the Jingumae shop and fell in love, fits absolutely perfect. I've been wearing it almost every day since November, its been nice since we've had a dry & cold winter in the Pacific Northwest. Only gripe is no side pockets but I can get over that, I've been wearing gloves instead
  5. I asked him after seeing these pictures and it was a resounding “no”. He burns through clothes and doesn’t feel much attachment to them. A funny one, here he is trying on my Iron Heart Split Steer type 3. He thought it was a pretty slick jacket. I declined to tell him the price tag.
  6. Also not sure this all will count as "iconic", but my mom got a film scanner for Christmas last year and scanned a ton of my grandpas old family photos. A few stood out to me where they were wearing some beautiful blue jeans. This was Wyoming in the early 50s. I mentioned to my grandpa how much those old jeans were worth and he laughed, mentioned how much he hated wearing shrink to fits because his mom would always get him and his brother the same size no matter what size they needed. See: picture two, top buttons looking a little tight...
  7. First post! I’ve heard of SuperFuture for a long time and finally bit the bullet on getting an account. Love denim, workwear, fashion, etc. Took a 3.5 week trip to Japan this fall and came back with a few duffle bags worth of clothing.
