The J1ATS would have looked a lot better if they did something like the J53TS. Definitely one of acronyms weakest seasons, unfortunately. I hope fw is more exciting.

Man it sucks having a laptop in the 3a-1/3ts, hurts my neck and back really bad.. I only do it if i have no other choice. Backpacks work better for carrying a laptop in my case.
I always try to bring my 3a-1 wherever i go cause i feel empty without a bag. And a messenger feels like an easier choice than a backpack most of the time. Always feels like i forgot something without a bag..
I usually have this in my bag:
Phone charger w powerbank
Book
Extra clothing layer
Notebook and pen
Extra toothbrush
Knife
Some snack (fruit, proteinbar etc)
Water

Living in Sweden (it get's pretty cold here) I've been super happy with my Nike SFBs this fall. Picked them up about a month ago and they've received a lot of wear since but I will probably swap them out for something warmer once we get a real layer of snow. Super comfy, good looking, affordable, stays dry and can take a beating. Can do nothing but recommend them. My pair are the ones called "Nike Special Field", so not the 8" version but a bit shorter. They're not thick at all though, insulation comes from your socks and heat trapped in the shoes, but also from the thick, sneaker-style, sole.

On another note. I noticed with my Lupineks that they're great walking in snow, ice and other rugged materials. But when i go from outside in the snow to somewhere indoors with a smooth floor, the soles get VERY slippery, which has caused me not to use them as much as i want.. Anyone else experienced this? Is there anything i could do about this?

Yes,J4TS is basicly my all time fav acr piece.What i really love it the epic version,duono why Hugh no longer pick them as one of mainly materials.However i kind doubt the return of J4TS,mainly for costs side,also for latest design trends is very different from J4TS period,and sadly,im a old design lover. 

I also heard some info about next ss j1 in ts version,just like Gamo mentioned.Selling point might be duon tone color and ts on the chest bag,if it would be the color combo like s-j1a,then it must be some no brain copping.Will wait and see.Actually im kind of hate eta material in black,for the reason of fading,but i do good in my j1a-s,by carefully washing and non machine dry.

Wouldn't ts on the chest bag make the modulars attached to it sag because of the volume of the pocket?

Otherwise a j1 with ts would be a very cool idea. The price on it would probably go up even more though..

Hoping to get some sizing help on a J1A. I'm 6'4' and on the slender side. Checked the dims on acrnm but some of the figures seem off when compared to a few of my other jackets. Leaning towards a L, but wanted to check with the community and see what you guys think. Thanks fellas.

Im also 6'4 and on the slender side, but i have rather wide shoulders and long arms. I just sold my J1A in L because it was a bit to short in the arms and was pretty tight in the back. It was definately useable, but i didnt feel comfortable in it. I do like pretty roomy fits though

[ 2 ] if you don't want neck strain, get a backpack

I know the 3A doesnt work with 15 inch laptops, thats why i asked for something different.

And i dont like backpacks, thats why i specifically asked for a messenger that is ergonomically okay for carrying heavy loads.

Love my Acronym 3a-1, but i am getting a laptop soon and i would need a bag for it.

I've been hearing people struggle with laptops in the 3a-1 and that it wears it out. So im looking for a messenger bag about the same size but with a laptop sleeve/compartment for 15 inch computers for a descent price!

Also something that wont give me a neck strain, haha
