How’s the fit on this years field shirt?  If it’s the same I’m hoping I can do an xs as the s was waaayy too long.

how's the current version of the Seque tote?  I had one a few years back and sold it as I found the zipper was hard to close.  I'm thinking about jumping on the one at EastDane and was wondering how much use you guys get out of the tote?  Also, this completes my Veilance carry collection

Thanks Branespload.  I've got 90 days to return but will probably end up keeping it.  I tried it on with an Atom LT and AR so this has some versatility as an all season layer.  The Monitor has been on my list for quite some time and I guess I can justify it based on the fact that it's not black and it's the only piece of Veilance I've bought since I got the Conduct in the summer.  The pockets are nice and this doesn't scream outdoors like the Theta.

So I ended up buying the Monitor Chamotte from the Nordstrom Rack sale and just got it today.  A few surprises when I tried it on.  I really like the colour.  Pretty much all my Arc'teryx and Veilance is black so this is a nice change.  Second surprise is that the zipper isn't a waterproof zipper.  Does anyone have experience with the Monitor?  How does it hold up with the non-waterproof zipper and do you find it gets a lot of wear?

I always wanted the Monitor but the practical side of me is now thinking that I already have a Theta AR and they cover a lot of the same ground.

I was going to return a current season Nomin that I got on sale but after seeing the new version and price I'm going to keep this one.  The greatest feature for me was the side handle and they got rid of it.

So the Field Shirt didn't work out for me.  It was right in the chest and wrong everywhere else.  Returned.  

Oh well can't win'em all.  Got an Ash Nomin on sale hope the colour is a nice as the website.  I regret selling my black one a while back but I have too many black bags.

I asked a similar question of veilance support a while back.  As far as durability the Field 3L will be much more durable than the LT.  I personally got the Field 3L after looking into both.  That being said you should keep the one that you feel you would use the most.

I have a Theta AR for summer which is great with the big hood and pit zips.  

I had my partition sleeves taken up at a goretex service centre.  It was $75.  

I did the sleeves of both the blazer lt and Indisce with Type A tape with great results.

Veilance told me that they won't warranty any seams that have been tailored but all others are still covered.

By the look of the vid, the Field Shirt has sleeves that can't be taken up.

Thanks man! Much appreciated. Have some travel coming up so this looks like something I 'need' now. Most of my AV is black so the Ash looks best.  Just going to wait until Arc starts selling them so I have the option of returning if it doesn't work out.

Great article.  I've been intrigued by Veilance since I first bought a Partition when I was looking for a travel raincoat that wasn't outdoorsy.  One more q about the Field Shirt.  How does the material feel?  Is it something that will be good in warmer weather and does it make the swishy sounds when you move?

i have a couple of mainline Skyline Short Sleeve shirts that I love for travelling as they're poly and dry quick. I'm looking at buying the Field shirt sight unseen so I appreciate the help.

Thanks Branespload.  The chest is usually the area where things get tight for me.  I'll try the small.

How does the field shirt fit.  Is it larger like the field jacket.  I wear small in most veilance pieces but needed to size down for the field (non insulated).

Heads up that Ssense's sale has started and there are some good Veilance sales. Just picked up the Field Jacket that I've been ogling over for the last year.

Is the Field non-insulated still on the big side? It doesn't appear on ther veilance site but many retailers have it popping up on their sites.

Can anyone comment on the colors that may be coming next season?

A few quick questions about the Mionn IS Vest. Is the material similar to that of the Arc'teryx Atom Lt line. Also in comparison how thick is the insulation in the Mionn.

In terms of fit, I wear a Partition LT in small (with a blazer underneath) and a Node IS in XS.

Based on the measurements in MR Porter I'd be a small but was wondering if someone who owns one could comment on how the fit. Thanks.
