  1. Just received this interesting Analog jacket from eBay. Can't find any info on it. Anyone know when it might have been made?

    1.7kg / 24 pockets

  2. The funny thing is that the sleeves seemed to stay perfectly in place without it anyway.

Makes sense. You don't wanna have to re-connect the liner every time you use the gravity pocket.

  3. I can confirm that my FW15 ACG 2 in 1 jacket's liner can be zipped into my J1B-S. I can't see any gaps sand seem to be identical zip.

You are right about the sleeve connectors.

Interesting!. I'm guessing you can find a snap loop or something along these lines to hook up the sleeves. Might be a bit fiddly if you plan on removing it regularly but better than nothing.

  4. The sleeve connectors are reversed (loop on the liner instead of the shell). Not sure about the neck zip. They're both vislon though.

  5. the olive canvas sfb's are insane. will get you guys a fit pic soonish.

Looks like they've finally updated the sole with new materials and increased surface area. How's the grip in wet conditions?

  6. Now that the weather is getting warmer I picked up the ACG tech shirt from last Summer.
The fabric reminds me of the Veilance Blazer Lt, but a tiny bit thicker and stiffer (no stretch). Very breathable and water repellent. Kinda cheap feeling though so I wouldn't pay retail.

Sized up and it still fits slimmer than my usual size.

    Dat articulation

I own two of the pieces that recycled Acronym designs (Tilak Loke & Shield vest).

The Loke is very versatile with plenty of ventilation (mesh pockets + pit zip on a ventile jacket). Feels very Acronym down to the arm articulation and hood.

The Poutnik vest has no branding so you can pretend its a PL-J1. Mine occasionally has little strands of climashield leak out of the collar seam though.

  8. can anybody comment on the j28-k? how is it compared to gore-tex? thinking of getting the olive one. but not too sure on the breathability of thee fabric.

Guessing it uses the same fabric as the J43-K? Same fabric composition and the inner/outer textures looks similar.

Breathability feels close, maybe a tiny bit better than standard Gore-tex (using ACG jacket as reference). Nothing special. Ventile/stotz is still more comfortable. Dunno about Pro.

  9.

Mine has gore with microgrid too. I think it's just the different zipper this time around.

The first one definitely used Paclite.

Bureau currently has a 15% off code that works on the Nemen pieces if anyone is interested.

  10. Really? You can still access pages from past sold out stuff but in this case it just says "page cannot be displayed" etc. Same with the Nemen pieces. Probably realized they fucked up.

  11. The SS-j2's were all wb-400. I'm confused though: redmau's sheet shows the grey melange ss-j2, but that one doesn't have any wool in the face. The ss-j2w is the one that has wool face wb-400.

Got the fabric composition straight from the tag. I'm guessing the J2W had a much higher percentage of wool.
