Damn, I'm looking to get my Sams darned and it looks like I've actually got options now.  Can anyone recommend Godspeed or Anthill over each other? 

While I've enjoyed my S5000VX, for me the cut isn't perfect I have to say.  I would like to have both front and rear rise a bit higher with wider thighs and a bit of a taper below the knee in the VX fabric.  The fabric itself wears great, and has a constantly changing character.

I think actually wearing too tight a belt with this lower cut can mess with your lower back.  

How often are you washing your C/L pair? I just got a pair of the 1001 C/L and they are quite nice.

Here is my DWC pair of S5000VX at about 13 months, 5 washes.  Very nice pair of jeans, the character is continually changing.  The crotch is a bit thin, and I may get it darned soon.  I've got a new pair for work now, Warehouse 1001 C/L which looks a bit more professional.  These will still be weeknight/weekend jeans for quite awhile.

I know Mikhail does chainstitch in Sydney and that's about it in terms of mail-in services.  Anyone else know? 

According to Warehouse they will also shrink 6-7 cm in the length when you wash them. What's the final inseam length you need?

I'm looking for 83cm inseam, so I could probably just keep the inseam as is and do a hot wash.  Thanks!

Hemming a 32-inch inseam?

32 inch inseam?  Hmm, the Warehouse site says it's 90cm inseam.  Anyone with experience on this on?

Warehouse will hem jeans if you request it.

Does anyone know where to buy the 1001 C/L besides the Warehouse online store?  I was hoping to get them hemmed before being sent out as no one in Oz will do a chainstitch.

I thought the Zero denim was only the 17oz that was available on the S5000VX, S3000VX and S711VX?

Does anyone know if these cotton/linen 1001's will be a long terms staple in their lineup?  They look amazing, but I've just picked up a pair of Sam's and can't justify picking up another pair for awhile.
