  1. i've orderd from Rakuten numerous times and it's no hassle. it works a little different in that you have to wait for them to send you a shipping fee for you to approve but other than that it's easy.

if you want Iron Heart though you may find that they won't send overseas as i think they only have a license to sell domestically - IHUK hold the rest of world license (or something like that).

just ordered 666's from Rakuten a few days ago, my first order.  went pretty easy, got a little nervous when the emails were in Japanese but a few minutes later the english came... tracking info and everything.  i couldn't not buy them, the exchange rate was a huge help.

  2. i am glad others are finding them as stubborn... i have worn mine a bunch and they still look brand new...

    thanks

Decided to try and take some photos of my KS1001's today.

Apologies for the crappy phone quality pictures, some of the colors are a little washed out.

It took me awhile to get used to the higher rise but I've grown to like it.

The denim is quite stubborn, doesn't age very quickly.  I've washed these a couple of times.

Going to keep wearing these, hope the hole in the top of the back pocket doesn't continue to grow.

  3. about to head out on one last trip and one more country before they either get repaired... or retired, not sure yet...  as you can see i still wear them all the time.  some new wear spots just all out letting go :)  blow out number 2 is pretty large... pockets are having issues, iPhone has made its way out, wallet closure is pretty much all the way through...

love these pocket bags though, i am definitely spoiled after having them.  i think it should be a trademark characteristic...

  4. I tried mine on one more time. I won't be able to handle the rise.

Size 33 for sale. Brand new condition. Tried on for 40 seconds total, didn't even sit down. Tags and all are perfect. Just want what I paid for them. Anyone need?

After a few months now... and a little abuse.  Honestly this has been my least favorite wallet, so i am not careful with it at all.  never will i get something with a zipper again.

  6. I have a brand new pair of 32's that are too small for me. You're welcome to them, for a great deal. Or even to try if you'd like to check the size.

Ive skimmed over this thread looking for sizing specifics but have a question for yall with 400t's  Hopefully someone has a 33.

On the UES site, the thigh measurement shows to measure from the crotch to the outside edge.  Now is this BiG's method where you measure past the crotch?  or directly out from the crotch seam.  I get very picky about thigh measurements and just want to make sure im good in a 33 and shouldnt go with a 32.

Basically im looking for a 12.25 (BiG) method thigh and around a 8.75 Knee.

    Also FYI i wear a 33 in 710's

    Thank you Gents.

  7. so its a lousy self timer shot that i had to rush because my wife was making fun of me and wouldn't take the picture for me haha... they just don't understand.  she gets all my other "hobbies" just not this one.  which is strange because i think she has about 45 pairs of denim and 100 pairs of shoes, yet IM the crazy one?

Its a large shirt, with Pure Blue Japan that are on their 3rd week maybe... brand new still.  i did one cold soak, and today will be my 3rd wear of it.  i was a little unsure of the size at first but it has grown on me.  i think we are one now.

  8. If anyone has a Large in the Big Bro Shirt that they either want to trade for an XL or sell please PM me.

I have since cold soaked it to relieve it of some indigo. Wore it to work today. I like the fit now. It just took a little getting used to. I think an XL with a warm soak would have been perfect.

  9. I don't know what all this overshirt talk is about... in my opinion it looks to be a pretty normal shirt, albeit very well made with interesting details.  I don't think it lends itself to being an overshirt more than say his chambray.  I'd keep the size you have if it isn't too tight and enjoy it.

and thats what i am going to do... i just did my first soak, can't believe how much indigo came out...

  10. quick question, and a tough one since i have no fit pics to post yet...

i was lucky enough to get a roy shirt, ordered a large, as my chest is always between a 44-45.  i just got back from berlin and saw the shirt for the first time tonight.  it fits more like a dress shirt than i was expecting.  (and  aside from that the shirt itself is beautiful, absolutely perfect construction, the buttons are perfect for the style, the triple stitches are amazing etc)  it feels like it fits more like a shirt that id wear under a suit, which i like actually.  but i am not sure if it is supposed to fit this way.  should it be a looser fit shirt?

of course the XL's are now sold out too, so i probably couldn't get an exchange.  lost a week because i was away, plenty of XL's available before i left!
