Literally haven't posted a photo on a forum since 2008 or so, not sure what image hosting site everyone uses now but hope Imgur works. Overalls after 4 months of wear, 4 washes; not that you can see much from this POV. Pretty much no fading whatsoever but that fluffiness really is like no other. 

***Obviously y'all can't see any fading from these photos--just wanted to point out how much of a stubborn fader these are. Will need to post another photo a year down the line for any significant progress because damn!!! Incredible denim to say the least though, I have no problem wearing these all day and all night. 

^ Yeah  , I feel like that ship has sailed though and would rather just be wearing Japanese repros at this point for just a fraction of the cost. Levi's will always hold a special place in my heart though as Paul T's enthusiasm for them way back when was what really got me into them. 

^ Also as a side note, my TCB waist overalls have the most leg-twist out of any denim I've encountered, left leg is at 90 degrees while the right is at 75 degrees at least. And how the hell was TCB able to get so much roping at the hem with single-needle stitching!? It really is amazing, you get the characteristic TCB roping even with single-needle, how!?

Shit, I've literally been wearing my pair since May, and they are stubborn faders to say the least. I pretty much wear them all day at home (which is pretty much all the time, they're more comfy than pajamas), and the combination of lightweight fabric and looseness just keeps them looking unfaded no matter how hard I try  Even the fluffiness of the denim hasn't changed!!!

Damn, been away from denim so long that I didn't even know LVC wasn't made in the US anymore! Feel kind of bad selling my couple pairs of 55s in 2010 or so, thought I was done wearing jeans at that point and had moved on to khakis and whatnot. Now I just want a pair of Levi's made in the US to wear! Just doesn't feel right they don't have anything made in the US anymore  

Quick question for anyone who has the 712s, how did you guys size? A 32 waist in the 710s fits me perfectly but looking at the measurements for the 712s on Sapporo-Base, seems like I should go down one and take them in a 31 waist. 

I purchased from Brogue and they were wonderful. Answered my sizing questions quickly and shipped my jeans out within a day. Their return policy is only 10 days though so seems on the shorter side 

Welp, had to buy the 10th anniversary 710s since I didn't know how much stock would be left, will have to pick up the regular 710s in a few months! Been on a white denim kick, they've pretty much replaced all my khakis for now. 

Wow what a read, I spent the last two hours in this thread and the 710 fit and denim looks just top notch... Might have to pull the trigger on a pair... Anyone know if Hayashi changed the denim on the 710s in 2020? 

So how do you guys size the 60s? I wear a 31 in the 50s and S40s although the S40s are a bit tight in the waist. Seems like consensus is to go true-to-size or size up for the 60s?
