Just ordered an Edifice Melton jacket from SharpService JP on January 8th. Sent payment same day, received great/quick responses up until payment was received….
Now, 17 days later, and after numerous emails to SSJ, I've received one email stating that the item was shipped but they are "waiting on the tracking number."
Is this any bit normal? I've been nothing but polite and respectful. Slightly worried about the $350+ that I sent to them...
