No green tie. Also, dress is business casual so no tie is required. I only have a couple of ties since I really have only had to wear them for interviews. Maybe I'll give in a buy some green socks this weekend or something.

About six weeks ago I starting having pain in my right shoulder. Especially during overhead press motions. I took it easy, lifted lighter, focused on cardio. Tuesday I jumped back into heaver weights as all pain had resided and my shoulder felt good. Now the pain is back. Should I take it easy again and just slowly ease back into heaver weights once my shoulder is feeling better? Or should I just go see a doctor? This injury shit sucks.

Any tips for making friends in a new city? I've always pretty much done it, at least initially, through work and school. I'm no longer a student and my job has really no one to hang out with. Youngest person is like 29 and married.

the university of oregon's new 'football performance centre' mostly bankrolled by nike. the amount of money and importance placed into US college sports is the most absurd thing imaginable. a personal grotto for the coach, a 'war room', a barbershop....

As an University of Oregon alumni I can personally attest to the craziness of Oregon's athletic facilities. To be fair though a successful college sports program (like Oregon's football team) brings in a huge amount of revenue for the school. By the way this is the student athlete learning center on campus.
