  1. Up next is a pair of IH 301S in size 32. Just got these in from another user on SuFu this morning, but I failed on sizing. They're just a bit too big for me. They're in perfect condition (nearly new) with no stains, fades, or tears.

    They're chainstitch hemmed to a 31.5".

    Looking for $300 OBO.

If anyones got a pair of the 301S (size 30), 555-02 (size 31), or 555-01 (size 31), I'd be interested in doing a straight trade.

I've got up is a Billingham Hadley Small camera bag, black canvas with black leather trim including all its original inserts. Purchased in April of this year, but only used for a few months. Looking for $185 OBO. Can take some pictures if anyone's interested. Makes a great camera bag for rangefinders or smaller cameras like the Fuji X-E1 & X100 and can double as a decent day bag.

    Thanks for looking

  2. I've worked with John at Falerbrand a few times.  Really pleased with his work.  You can check out his Tumblr here:

Working with John on a custom 5" wallet and have to say I'm very impressed with his punctuality. He's really quick to reply to messages and was very helpful in setting me up with a custom design. Obviously, Don't Mourn/Blackacre/Voyej/OGL/Hollows are all awesome too though. You can't really go wrong with any of the regulars on this forum,

  3. Alright need some advice from the pros. Been looking into getting a decent quality wallet and need some opinions.

I'm more or less looking for a replica of the Red Moon HR-01A short wallet, but don't know whats the best option.

Obviously, I could actually get the Red Moon wallet, but I sort of want something more customized.

From what I've read, some of the top contenders are Obbi Good Label, Leather Goods Connection, The Black Acre, or Don't Mourn (Scott Willis.)

I'm leaning towards Scott because he seems to have the best selection of materials, especially the Horween leathers.

I tried finding more info on the leathers/construction materials from Leather Goods or OGL, but didn't find too many details.

Seems like there's a lot of praise for all of the above, but if anyone feels like sharing their experiences, it'd definitely be appreciated.

Really, my question is this: Do I go with someone like OGL or Scott or just go with the Red Moon 01A wallet? Is the extra cash spent on Red Moon worth it?

Edit: If anyone is selling a RedMoon/Don't Mourn/OGL short wallet, HMU.

  4. ^I'm going to send them some photos of the damage and see what they have to say. I really hope there's still a chance for these guys to make it, if not... anyone got a creative recycled denim project idea? lol

  5. ^ nice one, how'd you manage that?

Hazard of living in Canada... Slipped on some ice this spring and this was the result. I'm guessing the crotch was starting to weaken in the first place and the fall was just enough to stress to cause the tear. Pretty gnarly though.

  6. Looking to get these repaired & reinforced:

I've heard people recommend schaeffers, denim doctor & denim therapy... any other options? I'm located in Canada but don't mind shipping them elsewhere as long as it's worth the effort. I really like the jeans and would like to keep them going for a while longer.

  7. Hey guys,

Selling a pair of Sammys that I never got around to breaking in and now they're too big for me.

They've been hemmed by the guys at BiG.

Here are the measurements after two hot soaks:

    Front rise - 11.5

    Rear rise - 14.5

    Thigh - 12

    Waist - 34.5

    Inseam - 31.5

    Leg 8.5

I wouldn't expect much shinkage is left in these.

Annd here are a few photos:

I'm looking to get $270 shipped but I am open to offers.

  8. Unfortunately too short for me... Need around 35 on the leg. Cheers

No worries, I was unfortunately in the more short and stalky crowd when I purchased these, but hopefully there's someone with a similar build on this forum. I'm not set on a price, but it'd be sweet to get enough to replace them with another pair. I'm also open to trades if someone needs to size up.
