Haven't posted in a long time .   This is my Shockoe Atelier standard Kojima 5 months 1 wash and dry    they are now the softest jeans I own. 

Shockoe Denim 15oz Big Six

7 months. 2 machine washes

These are my Shockoe Denim Big Six cut in a 15oz from Kuroki. Worn everyday for 6 months, just washed them yesterday.  Ill try to take some detail pics soon. Color is most accurate in the first two.

And compared to a new pair.

the white weft shows more contrast in the fades compared to denim with a black weft.   black weft just means it appears more subtle when you lose indigo on the warp.  

if you have a leather punch with a concave dome tip (thats the right size for the burs inside) you can put a peice of wood (or anything hard) in and fit the dome on the folded burs and start to tap lightly this will start to fold the burs over more and lock it down.

yes it is. I just got back from NY and visited their store yesterday. They are doing ok, its just not what I would want for that price.

first of all this thread is one of my favorite things to look at over the past few weeks. So thank you all for making my work day easier!

second of all shanahan was so dumb to not pull RG3. Cousins could have handled the rest of the game after the two initial TDs and RG3 becoming obviously hurting.

that decision is really just on you. look at the measurements of each, the sg1109 and the pbj013, and compare to what your favorite jeans are like now (or what you think you would enjoy more). After doing that just go through threads and see which worn in pairs look more interesting to you. I love pbj, but I have zero experience with strike gold besides going through that thread and admiring everyone's jeans.

@ okisan pbj 013s are not left hand twill, you're thinking of the 011s. pbjs have plenty of slub, but no where near sg

How do the new 018's fade? They're basically the 013, but with a cobalt weft, correct?

go tts.... or just look at the measurements and figure out what thigh measurement is going to suite you best. Ive ordered from and-japan and everything went perfect, even got them much sooner than I thought I would.

the 018s are the same cut as the 005 according to BIG. the 017's are the same cut as the 013s. and yes the only difference is the cobalt weft. haven't seen much on fades because they are so new.
