Can you provide specs for the middle pair? Specifically interested in the leather.

The middle pair is the White's Insulated Hunters. They are made with White's red dog leather. I actually bought all 3 pairs of these second hand. The leather has a beautiful aged look to it now. I am considering having them resoled, but I haven't made up my mind yet.

When i moved into my workshop 12 years ago these Levis work boots were on this step, Already looking worse for wear I left them here to decay.

There is no great age (or quality) to them i would say 90,s This is what 20 years of neglect looks like.

Throw some Obenaufs and polish them shits up real good. You could give this thread some good competition.

I love the baker's oxfords, but I think I'd want them with a heel. Can you get them with a vibram 700 sole?

Filson Uplander Chukka, I have been really enjoying these, they remind me a lot of Red Wings. Better quality then I was expecting.

Is that due to the SD leather being not as thick? do you think a liner would change that?

@Ilumin8em, I know you own both SD's and SJ's. Are there any fit differences between the 2 lasts?

Can anyone here speak about the differences in sizing of the last between the SD's and the SJ's? I have heard that the SD's run larger or wider then the SJ's.
