ok, do "pro-igional" refers to the color? i'm just trying to get a sense of its true color & how it will develop with age. is this pro-igional?

Red Wing question... I am very inexperienced & ignorant with leather, so please forgive me...
What color are these boots considered to be? Also are they the type that will become darker with age? I see many photos of boots this color becoming a beautiful deep red color with age.

Just keeping the wallet in the pocket while you wear them (sitting down, ect) will do the trick eventually.
As for the washing, most will tell you not to wash for at least a year, if not longer.

Most things in stores are around 12oz or so. Some are 14oz like Levi's shrink-to-fit and Rustlers (I believe).

Any suggestions on what can be done to denim to keep it smelling fresh between (infrequent) washings? Does baby powder work? would fabreeze mess up the denim?

Just ordered a pair of RW 875. What is best for bringing out that wonderful orangish color that comes through with wear? Like these for example... (i am correct in assuming these are "oro-igional" leather right?)
