The new 3rd Arm vid is up on the ACR landing page! Drivers, start your engines!!!
it seems it is not the case anymore
acrnm.com?
acronym.de?
even on vimeo there is nothing

I'm wondering, to those who bought them: p14-s and p15-s are 5610 or 5620 stotz cotton?
same as other acr stotz pants?
and some hints about the -ch version to come in a few weeks? I've heard it's the same fabric as the ss12 p9-ch (schoeller shape nyco)

any news/leaks about 3rd-arm restock to come? it should be very soon...
i hope there will be new models and fabrics

I've got my eye on a J1A-S on ebay right now...800EUR ($1100 US) will seal the deal, but I'm trying to raise some of the money on ebay myself right now.
it was mine ;-)
still available so, bought at hypebeast, never worn, bnwt (+spec sheet, sling, tags, bag), medium

you’ll see that what Errolson, Michaela and the very small Acronym® team are able to accomplish on a shoestring is truly amazing
acr shoes are in the pipe?

Currently in the early stages of development is a new project with one of the top research institutes in America on a special, highly functional and activity specific coat. There is another brand collaboration with a household name in the works, but details of the project are strictly under wraps. However from the prototypes I saw at the studio, it is going to blow your mind.
research institute = MIT media lab, seems very interesting

"there is no SS14 collection" was a (bad) joke so?
or it is not a surprise only for me?

AFAIK Acronym uses 5610 for their heavyweight Stotz.
j1a-s fw1314 uses 5620 midweight etaproof

does anybody know what's exactly the schoeller fabric used in the p14-ch and p15-ch pants?
dryskin? wb400? 3xdry?
and p14-s and 15-s etaproof is 5610 or 5620?

Fabric that is impenetrable to water and breathes like linen
and indestructible/bullet-proof ;-)

speaking of branding, I like a lot some LEAF items for arc'teryx but just wondering if it is possible/easy to remove the sleeve velcro patches, anybody tried/heard something about it?

Not exactly similar but Arcteryx Tactician gloves are great. Very little branding.
veilance facet gloves have no branding

I just have to ask, because I can't get over this. Does the windshell blazer (actually the material) has any functionality in real life or is it just a fashion gimmick? Packable and easy to carry if it's getting chilly in summer nights?
[/looking for a reason to justify this coat in front of my wife, as long as the womens line is still under construction]
yes it is packable+wrinkle free, wind resistant/water repellent and very very light and durable

I hope theres a decent explanation as to why they decided to change the pocket layout, considering the old one looked so much better (imo).
that's not a bad thing that they try new thing
never like the lt version anyway...but the field jacket is my preferred three-season jacket, the fw13 version is awesome with a singular version of gore-tex and (at last) a very useable hood ;-)
still on sale i saw somewhere, jump at it

I'm actually a bit let down now that I get a closer look at the Nomin. It's nice, but the interior sleeves look completely un-padded. The hardware for the shoulder straps is just a plastic tri-glide that they probably pulled from the mainline, and the straps are a bit thin.
The patterning and shape look great, but I think a 550 price tag is a bit steep for it.
the Nomin seems very light with a minimalist/futuristic/waterproof design
if it is functional and durable (any experience with the seque tote?) my 3a-1 may have a competitor

it is perhaps me me but do you know if it has been a change in sizing since SS13?
i have a few items in small from fw11/ss12/fw12 and they fit perfectly and just grab some stuff from ss13 and fw13 and they fit smaller ; just wonder if my veilance size is now medium ;-)

I don't think so, I have a pair of SFBs that are an 8.5 that fit pretty well. Never tried the SFBs that had the lunar sole though.
8.5 for the SFBs and 8 for the lunargrand boots so?
