Thanks dude, I think they are from the 70's or 80's, but i'm not really sure. I bought them from a lady off on craigslist. she found them in her fathers garage while cleaning it for him. When I purchased them they had never been worn, and they were still in the box with inspection certificate... pretty cool.

Quick question for those who own shoes made of (non-white) buck: how do you care for them? Is it basically suede, or is there anything I need to be aware of?

you can use nubuck/suede brush kit and cleaner, and aware for any liquid materials (except cleaner) that can leave stains..

are you talking of the Beckmann?thats Featherstone leather,i would never use any oil on it,i wax them once in a while,the leather isnt dry at all.
