Can anyone recommend good waterproof laptop cases? Preferably 13 inch

Im planning to use it for school (I live in the Pacific NW, so it rains 300/365 days of the year) and light bike riding and hiking in the rain. I am currently using a cheap North Face Jester but it rarely gets the job done when it starts to rain. My specifics are side pockets for a water bottle, waterproof, and under 150 or around that amount.

I am in search of a recommended waterproof backpack that is under 150. After googling and browsing many outdoor forums and sites, I have yet to get a definitive answer and I would like to hear some suggestions from you guys because this thread specializes in tech and secondly, tech that is more suited for the city and light outdoor activities.

710 15th Anniversary edition with the works!

Thanks guys. After doing a little research in this thread, I am a bit nervous in ordering the 15th edition 710 because of the experiences with the sizing discrepancies. Thoughts on this or was that just a fluke. And excuse my noobness, I emailed Gordon about this but I have yet to get a reply, does the 15th edition have arcs/tabs or do all the Samurais have arcs/tabs now? I remember ordering my pair of 510s two years ago from BiG and they were arc/tabless.

 

What is the difference between the normal 710s and the 15th anniversary ones?

Imperial Fiber Pomade is the best in my opinion. It has a nice matte look, keeps a 24 hour hold and smells great.

 

My question for the thick and medium to long hair length folks, what brush do you guys use? A generic drug store one?

For the Warehouse660, the size chart on BiG says that the thigh post soak is 11.5 but right now pre-soak, it is definitely smaller than 11.5. I know the chart is an average based on every pair since they vary in measurements but I'm inexperienced with denim and I want to know how I should go about solving this issue.

P.S The only thing that really needs a soak is the inseam

@pokpok. Great price for a good watch. If only the band werent metal links. Theres just something I like about a matte black band or simple cloth band on watches. Kind of like the swatch x rated watch without all that straightedge hype

Thanks but the selection for Orient USA is limited compared to the Japan's. I guess finding the basic simple matte black watch for <200 is harder than I thought.
