  1. Hey all, looking for nice, heavy-duty, men's parka since I will be living in a cold place this year. Looking for something really warm, but doesn't have to be super flashy. Definitely a fan of snorkel and military/expedition style jackets. Down is always a plus. Can't stress enough that it needs to be warm, considering some of the replies I've been getting. Looking to spend about $350ish tops. I'm a slimmer size XS/S with a 34/36 chest. Thanks!

  2. Hey all, I am looking for a reasonably nice leather jacket that is is a XS or a very slim fitting small. Something black, lambskin, and sexy would be preferable. Not looking to spend much more than $700. Not in a big hurry, but I don't have a leather jacket so this will be my first. I am sure you kind sufu people can understand that I feel like I'm missing a staple in my wardrobe so help me out here. Show me something awesome. I'm hoping to find a piece that makes a statement without screaming "look at me"

    Thanks.

  3. Hey all, just sold my fixed gear I left at college, and am thinking of selling these, which I recently was given:

So that I can buy something like this:

Any thoughts? I kind of want to keep them both, but I really don't have the room for them...nor will I be doing much trail riding in the foreseeable future.

  4. Company of We. Their stuff is so pricey, with shitty quality and awful fits. Their XS fits like a medium and their medium is the same size.

The "Original Penguin" by Munsing. Cheap shit, that makes you look like you raided your un-stylish grandmother's closet.

Also: Marc New York and the Gap...but I doubt I need to mention why they suck.

Agree with the hating on Diesel and G-star Raw, to which I think one must add Ben Sherman and English Laundry for pretentious, psuedo-brit clothing that makes you look like nothing less than a prick

  5. bitterness is a result of overextraction and usually an undesirable trait. I'm all about drinking coffee the way you like it, but i don't think you're gonna get it at the kind of places you listed.

You're right. Bitter was the wrong choice of word. I guess I mean a nice strong cup of coffee that can stand on it's own, where I don't have to get a flavored mocha or latte in order to forget the taste of the coffee.

  6. anyone in PDX, I just moved here and went to college in Chicago last year so I don't really know what is good around here. Stumptown is okay (at least I don't have to potentially wait through a Siberian winter for a mocha *cough* Inteligentsia *cough*), but I am looking for something that is a little darker and more...bitter, I guess?

  7. Hey all, looking for a pair of new or used (doesn't matter) wingtip oxfords in US size 7. A smaller size 7.5 could work too. Preferably for under $250 shipped CONUS.

Things I want: leather, dainite, or vibram sole (rubber need not contact me), goodyear welt construction would be nice, although Blake is good too.

Hopefully you lovely sufu peeps can help, because I have been having a hard time finding something that I really like to fit my really small feet.
