Got in my Strike Gold tee today in black, quality on it is ridiculous as expected from the Strike Gold. It is always the damn sizing that is a problem for me though, bought an XL and it is fairly tight, but length is perfect. Didn't want to sacrifice the sideless seam for an XXL. I expect it to stretch and conform to my body though, just like how the indigo hoody did for me. I tried to get pics but you can't really tell how tight it is, since it is a black tee. This is the indigo hoody when I first got it, size L

Since then it has stretched quite a bit and is a lot more faded.

^You look to be pretty broad chested/ wide shoulders. Do you at least have a full range of motion? I doubt they'd take it back having been on sale. Bummer. I'm always cautious of things listed as fitting profile.

yeah I do I mean aside from the slightly long arms fit is fine for me. Finding clothes to fit exactly right on me is nearly impossible especially width wise, that's the problem with being short and wide.

Double zip fits fine width wise, can see sleeves are long

Single zip is a little too tight width wise

^ hmm interesting sizing. i usually go with L in ACR for a baggier fit (i'm 5'9"-5'10"), so an L fitting you surprises me.

 

could you post fit pics? wanna get an idea on sizing in case i come across another in the future

I will post  pics tomorrow but its probably narrow due to me having wide frame from lifting/boxing

Got my J40-S from end clothing on sale and got a fedex customs bill for about $70. Anyways I went with a size L at 5 "7" 175 lbs fit is good arms are slightly long but its alright since i can adjust it with the wrist, a lot narrower than I expected though

anyone have any experience with the sizing on these? Im not sure if the measurements are accurate cause the hoody measurements are off. I wear a L in the indigo strike gold hoody and it is quite tight. So I'm wondering if ill be able to wear an XL on this?

I think I remember talk of an indigo dyed version coming out...

Although I probably can't fit into them! 

 

Also I'd be interested to see some progress pictures of the 51XX denim.

same with me man i couldn't even fit into there biggest flannel, i can't imagine how small the tees will be.

here is about 3 months of wear during its 2nd soak. i wear them with a double cuff (I now wear these and the sam 710 in rotation)

Totally agree about PITA with buttons when new, especially on heavy weight denim. I tried using a pen to open up the button holes - which helped.

you should see how hard the iron heart 25 oz were when I first got them. My finger tips were bruised

We're not sure if they're going to remake them at this point.
