APC PS
DBxSExSufuxSF
APCs not worn anymore since theres a pretty fat rip in the back above the back pocket
and I don't want to rip it anymore but who knows, maybe I'll find some time to wear them but they lasted me
a good 1.5-2 years.

So is "New Standard" the same as "Petit Standard"?
Cos I've seen no mention of P.S. jeans on here..?
pretty sure new standards are slim straight and petits are slim tapered. correct me if im wrong tho im not 100% sure, or you could
always check apc's website i mean thats what the internets for...

hey sufu...just wondering what effect humidity has on raw denim? for example if your jeans were
worn somewhere with greater humidity like taiwan would it cause the denim to fade faster since you're
moving around in them while sweating more?

Has anyone switched phones during while wearing their raws? I have a decent phone fade going on right now, but my phones going to shit and Im probably gonna have to switch to a totally different phone haha
From my experience after i switched out my old phone for a similar one that was slightly wider, the new fade was usually unnoticeable unless your new phone differs greatly in size then it might look a bit weird lol. If that would be a problem I would just suggest either holding your phone or keeping it in your back pocket like i do now.

Another question before i finally soak my jeans...is there a diff between hang drying at night in high 30s-40s temp compared to during the day? and would spinning it in the washer to remove water have any negative effects?

I have a pair of the sexdbxsfxsufu and am pretty chill with the fit but i think its a little bit too loose.
Im thinking about giving it a hot soak but not sure how long i should keep them in i was thinking 40mins? I also want to hem them because i think the stacks are too much but correct me if im wrong
but are you supposed to hem them after the soak so they dont end up too short?

^ now this is what this thread needs more of.Any wash info?
3 soaks, each one every six months. Even though it seems like I planned to soak them every six months, it just turned out that I would fuck up and get them dirty somehow exactly at every six months lol.
@deek the repairs are only $40 from SE, for the results you get i think it's worth the price. if you bought the jeans from them its only $20

finally got the huge rip in the back repaired at SESF after months of just hanging in my closet. worn them a good deal since i got them back in august and i was thinking about either a wash or soak. suggestions?

I bought a pair of SExDBxSFxsufus in august and have worn them most of the time since then. love the fit but the waist stretched a bit more than I wanted. would a hot soak for 20 mins shrink it too much and bleed out too much dye or would it be ok? Also wish the bottom was more tapered/skinnier would a soak remedy this? Considered the idea of a belt but not really looking to spend more bank and never really liked wearing belts so I would prefer a soak if possible

kiya, my friend and I brought our jeans in for some repairs at SESF and I don't have time to drive up there to pick them up, would you still be able to ship them out? Provided we pay first of course.

i dont understand why sizing down is so hard LOL. i didnt even measure my true waist when i got my apcs...and imo they turned out great. just go try them on if you cant decide on your waist or if you dont have access to a store that sells apcs then just size down 1-3 and buy a pair. return them if they dont fit and compensate for a tighter/looser fit shiet

skull 5010xx 6x6 or flathead 1001s?
my friend recently went to take5 and bought a pair of skulls and he got a 20% off coupon. i can get the skulls for ~$240 or flatheads for ~$280.
my current pair are apc ps w27 stretched to a 28 or 29 and i love the fit. i'm looking for a pair with the same fit if not slimmer because i found that the apcs were a bit loose after a year of wearing them. can anyone recommend which one is better for the fit im looking for and whether or not the extra 40 will make that big of a difference? and what waist size for whichever jeans would be better.

chan, down to add some pics to this thread, do the jeans have to be worn continuously for 2 years
or can they be sleepers that i pull out on the occasional day?
