I wear a a 31 in 1000xx - should I order the same size in the 1003?  Anyone with both have any advice?

Okay guys, I need to get a pair of the 423XX, just deciding on size.  I wear a 31 in both my Warehouse 1001XX and Fullcount 0105XX.  Should I go with a 31?

What's the sizing like on current 1947s? If I wear a 31x34 in regular STFs should I go with that size in the 47s?
