Alright thanks...I"m thinking one size up is also kind of risky, since the ones I have now are tight as f*ck on me. Do you think it'd be safe should size two up to a 30 (my regular jean size)?

Just got a pair or NC's...I sized 2 down and can only do up the first button. Should i return them for another size, or will they stretch out?
