Looking for a budget pair of denim, sub-$100, ideally around $70/pair. Looking to supplement my APC NS's that I've had for years with a couple pairs of something comfortable that aren't too costly. Raw is okay, but I really wouldn't mind washed as long as there are no obnoxious fades. Needs a button fly and no gaudy stitching, etc. Love the fit of my APC's, so something similar in fit would be ideal.
I checked out Uniqlo, but the zipper fly is a bit of a turn-off. But that's basically the quality I'm looking for (something like the MIJ Uniqlo's would be perfect it sounds). Purchasable online and shippable to the US, preferably.
Thanks for any help.

So I'm readying to wash my first pair of raw denim this week when I'm home for Thanksgiving, and I'm going to be pretty busy so I won't have much time to go shopping around for detergent.
I was wondering what the cons are to using just standard run of the mill detergent (like Tide or whatever I have in the laundry room) aside from a greater indigo loss? Will the added enzymes/whiteners weaken the fibers at all, or just remove more of the indigo/sheen?

Opinions on how this fit is looking?
Sized down 3 from true waist in NS, nearing the 6-month mark.
(ignore the shoes, they're beaters)

Anyone have any experience with these? A friend is looking for some cheap raw jeans, and I stumbled across these.
I looked around here for some more info, but all I could find were a few references to cheap mondays, and them being skinny. These don't look very skinny from the pics, but I was just wondering how they are in durability and fading.

how long do you wait before you can wear your APC's in the rain? At least 1 wash?I "waited" like 3 days.
They're still in one piece. They're just jeans.

Sat in the middle of the road the entire length of the smoke.
Any of you guys do that before?
Going to do this sometime.

Just got my pair of NS yesterday, not 100% on how they'll end up as of right now, only the second day of wear, but they feel really good and I'm liking the fit. I'm just hoping they don't over stretch. bUt they look setup to wear well. I wear roughly a 30 true waist. I was worried about the standardized length, but they seem fine at the moment. Thoughts?

Sorry I wasn't clear. I have some APC NS's from ~5 years ago that I've grown out of. I've also grown out of paying that much for denim (just not in my budget anymore, was TOTALLY worth it when I got the APC's), so I'm looking for something in the Unbranded price-range that has a similar fit.
Good to know that APC has fallen off though. Would love to cop a pair of N&F but they're hard to come by in the sub-$100 range. A few have popped up in my local Nordstrom Rack, but in the wrong sizes and cuts.
