Frotz is a program used to play an old type of computer game called text adventures, aka Interactive Fiction (IF in short).

Xyzzy is a reference to a command used in several IF games, either as a cheat code or an easter egg.

I'm a fan of the old text games such as Zork, Jigsaw, etc.

I also like to use forum handles that are unreadable & hard to remember.

So the combination of the two names/words seemed like a good choice to me.

Those engineer boots are from a very nice brand called Phigvel Makers & Co.
