i'm finding these to be slubbier than i expected, but in a good way. Loving them so far. My plan is to wear them for about another week then bring them in for hemming.

Here are the measurements I found pre/post soak (45 min cold) for my tagged W31. Based on how they're fitting now, I don't think I'll do a hot soak.

Pre-soak

Waist: 32

FR: 11

BR: 15

Thigh: 11

Knee: 9

LO: 8.75

Inseam: 39

Post-soak

Waist: 31

FR: 10.5

BR: 14

Thigh: 11

Knee: 8.5

LO: 8.

Inseam: 36.5

that much shrinkage in the thigh has me a bit nervous, but i guess we'll see when they arrive. hopefully today!

i hear ya, it's more that I can't really understand how people are so willing to pay big money for jeans they don't try on first. but that's just me.

my gf has been wearing her pair of naomis for about a month now and the fit is great. only tailoring she had to do was hemming.

saintkeat, why would she spend that much on a pair of jeans that don't fit properly? with so many choices in denim, it seems weird to pick a pair that would then need to be tailored in order to fit well.

great fit! i checked these out last time i stopped by the store and they really seem like great jeans, especially at that price. don't love the patch, though.

Finally was able to get to BiG to figure out my size. I'm in at sz 31 TTS.

Planning on joining this contest since I was already looking into picking up a pair of 811s anyway. I need to find some free time soon to swing by the store and try on some non-contest 811s to be sure of my size. Then I'll be placing my pre-order.
