  1. I bought these from ebay seller Mildblend and unfortunately they don't fit me as I'd like (I'm normally 31 in N&F and these still fit really snug in the top block), plus some asshole stole the front wheel off my bike and I need to replace it .

These jeans rock, 22oz (and close to the advertised weight unlike the first Elephants) with a 1/8" thick leather patch to match. They have been worn for maybe an hour, and although they fit, I doubt they're going to stretch enough to give me the fit I'd like.

    Measurements:

    Waist- 32"

    Front rise- 10.25"

    Thigh at crotch- 11.7"

    Thigh 2" below crotch- 11"

    Knee- 8"

    Hem- 7.5"

    Inseam- 34"

Note: I normally wear 31 in WG comfortably.

$145 includes the paypal fee and shipping.

Currently working on pictures that aren't gigantor, but in the meantime

here is the link to my Styleforum ad.

  2. Two months from now, I hope to have a new job, new apartment, and renewal of ambition in a city 430 miles away. Can't wait to get out of rural IL and (back) into Minneapolis, but too bad all my connections to places in TC metro don't need any more employees and all my relatives have tiny apartments.

  3. The subway is nearly empty, just you and some guy yapping on his cell phone. You forgot your iPod or a book to read.

Makes me feel like some creepy eavesdropper every time.

  4. yup,i really love south german beer, the art of brewing got lost long ago up north here.all you get is industrial piss like Holsten,Jever etc. which is ok for one or two bottles but if i want to have it large nothing can beat bavarians gold.

Come to America and you will taste what real industrial piss smells like.

  5. Not to sound disrespectful but..........Huh? I didn't really understand that.

Summary: A company where people get paid $2 a day could make Tanner Goods quality products, then ship them to America and sell them for a lower price.

  6. to be fair. i can't really see an objective reason from a consumer's standpoint to purchase a belt for 75-100 usd when i could get a belt just as good for 45 usd.

its the same thing, just branding.

The $12 belts at TJ Maxx hold your pants up as well. If you find a $45 belt that compares to a Tanner Goods (especially after a year or two of wear), link plz.

  7. I like jeans that fit nicely. Can I get a job?

Seriously though, I don't think you're savvy enough to start your own line. You come onto a forum full of internet strangers and ask us what we like despite the countless threads on what we like and all the "awww sick jawnz + rep" responses.

There are designers/store owners among us, whether they post or simply lurk, that use the forum partially for their market research. None of the successful ones have needed to start a thread like "Kiya from Self Edge here, what should we carry?"
