Hi! I'm considering buying either a pair of SC 1947's or a SDA 101. Which one will you recomend? I need something with fits my large thighs, I've heard both would be quite good for me. Also, price is important. I will not order from for instance Superdenim in York because their prices are quite high. There's a seller on ebay selling "one wash" 47's, the measurments are really different from what I've seen on blue in green, raktuen etc. Should I trust this seller? (dont remember the ebay name now) Finally, picking size, I normally wear a true size 34-35 (tagged can be less, minimum 32, often 33 or 34). Can give an example: APC new standard, way too tight in the beginning, became wearable after a few weeks, but a big crotch hole after 5 months. Probably too small size, and also not the right fit for me. So, what would be the best size for me on these jeans?

IMO Okinawa...they work well for those have thick thighs

Here is my weirdguy indigo...have been wearing it for a month now..

There is no much fading going on...

after one wash. 5 months of every (almost every day) stubborn fades but slowly coming in.

are yours the regular indigo?

btw does the deep indigo fades faster than the normal one?

guess i shouldn't have waited 4 months to soak my deep indigoes. they're so much better now that all the starch is gone. the shine is gone, which is also a big plus, and i lost a decent amount of the over-dye that was left. I feel like the next few months will produce great things. (if I wear these at all, tough with a pair of 5010xx and xx-007's in the rotation now)

I hope BiG restocks these soon, I know a store in MPLS just replaced their last run of APC's with N&F, which is cool to see. they've got great modern cuts, and for the price they're a really great alternative to the staple APC's or whatever. I guess i'd like to see them do a repro of some sort too down the line, less fashion driven and more denim driven. I still want to see hidden rivets and chainstitching, if they can do it in Unbranded Brand, then they can do it at N&F...

hmmm mine actually stretches pretty fast....(size 29 measured 31) and now its size 33....
