Going to SKKU next semester. Can't wait to get my hands on some Krystal.
(99.9% chance I never actually see her, but you know, one can dream)

I just searched around on http://blogsearch.google.com and found the MP3s. But if anyone knows where in Seoul I can pick up a hard copy of either it or the original mix, please let me know.
I've been exploring Garibongdong the past couple days, picking up random hard Chinese liquors.
Thanks! Found it. It's awesome.

Goddamn. I hadn't heard it before, but DJ Soulscape's "More Sound of Seoul" mixtape is really, really good.
Any idea where I can get that online?

There are not really any good hostels in Seoul for the general traveler. In Asia, it's always far better to try and get a cheap love hotel room for 20-30 bucks a night if you're looking for bargain basement accomodations.
I went to Seoul last year and stayed there 1 month only sleeping in hostels (tried 3-4). It's probably cheaper and better quality wise to stay in a love motel, I never tried, but at the time it was easier for me to book an hostel. Of course it wasn't as good as hostels in europe (not as much choice) but it did the job. I met koreans and other travelers there, which made my trip better. If you know no one in Korea, it might be ''easier'' to make friends and meet people in an hostel.
If I had to go back though, now that I know a bit about Seoul, I would probably go for the love motels as you can't find a decent 30$/night single room in an hostel

if you are travelling alone and only for two weeks, staying in an hostel might be a good option. Of course it's not always comfortable (depends which one, what kind of room, etc.), but you will meet other travelers and will be able to get some help from the staff (which is helpful if you can't speak korean obviously).
It's really easy to book online too.

I paid 5 mil down and 570 a month (some utilities are automatically paid for) to get my balcony kitchen and somewhat large single room in the Hongdae/Shinchon area. I could have done better but I wanted a quiet place that was clean and well maintained.if your not too much of a cock ill help you out.
if you just want a private space, you could get somewhere for 400$ a month with 10k jonsei. if i was you id aim to spend somewhere around 500-600$ which will give you a fair balance of cost~-~niceness.
It's really appreciated guys. At least I have an idea.
Anyway, if I ever go as I said it's probably in at least a year, probably like 2. So I guess I have a lot of time to think about it. I might even come with one of my friend, so might decide to look for a 2-bedrooms.
Thanks!

Bigger/longer pic of Taeyeon
Kind of too big to post it directly here I think

Thanks again!
I've been to Seoul for a short period of time in the past, so I know I won't get something really big. When I said I needed space, I meant a place bigger than an actual dorm that you have to share with someone else. If I go it's going to be for 2 semesters, so it's mentally impossible for me to stay in a tight room for one year. I'm sure I will be able to get some korean help through the university or something.

Thanks a lot for the info guys! Kind of strange that they don't show the real pictures tough, haha.
I've heard Gangnam was really expensive, so yeah 800$/month doesn't make any sense. At least now I know what to look for in hangul to get the price.
I will probably end up doing a student exchange next year at Yonsei U. I really don't want to stay at the dorms (I need spaaaaaace), and probably looking to get a 2-bedrooms. How much do I need to pay to get something decent?

I'm looking at some korean website to try to see prices for apartments/officetels/studios, but since I can't read hangul it's kind of... hard.
anyone can tell me how it works? Let say something like this? http://www.officetel114.co.kr/article/detail.asp?seq=29515&kind=twtroom
What's the deposit? What's the monthly rent?
Thanks a lot

how did tiffany manage to end up in snsd since she was raised in cali?
I wish I grew up in my native country I'd be one of those cool azns that speaks dual languages with no accents
SM auditions in L.A. just like Jessica did too
I think Jessica left when she was younger though

Randomly saw the Crayon Pop's twins (Choa and Way?) near Hongik University station a few weeks ago.
Also had the chance to lay my eyes on Girls' Day Yura. I will never be able to fall in love again.
