Had a feeling you might of liked our weekend Paul T, you jumped the gun slightly tho (damn only being allowed 10 pics!). Oh, and the kippers were amazing...

The next day we went round the local seaside villages and took a steam train from Sheringham to Holt.
Had Fish and chips on the beach in Wells Next The Sea, looking at all the colourful beach huts.
When we got back to Cley, we went and got a picnic from the local shops.
Then we watched the sunset over the Windmill. Perfect.

I have just got back from a long weekend away with my girlfriend, to celebrate our 10 year anniversary of being together. Since it was such a special occasion, and I had my first 'proper' pay cheque from being a newly qualified nurse, we decided to go and stay in a windmill in North Norfolk. Cley Windmill is a converted mill from the 1700s and is a grade2 listed building in a little village called Cley Next The Sea.
We stayed in the Wheat Chamber, with views over the wetlands and surrounding area.
The windmill has a good choice of locally sourced food for breakfast, my gf had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, whereas I stunk the place out and had kippers. Yum yum.
After our breakfast we went on a seal watching trip to Blakney point.
The boat dropped us off for a while, so we headed to the old lifeboat station, which is now an information point.

Got these in the post today, Studio D'Artisan LTD ED. Loopwheel and Real McCoys Loopwheel.
The McCoys is alot tighter than my other McCoys of the same size, but then again, I seem to remember it stretched a bit.

Yesterday I went to celebrate my brother's birthday down in Brighton.
We made him some robot cakes.
Brightona was on this weekend. Loads of bikes, and a few nice cars too.
Finally the day ended with a beautiful sunset.

Buco/Real McCoys Loopwheel T-shirt. Washed once by hand, then my GF washed it in the machine, which stopped me being a pussy about it. Machine washed ever since, no-problems.

I've had this bag a few weeks, and the leather is great. It's an Altadena Works- Teardrop 801, Navy waxed canvas, with Horween oak Chromexcel leather.
Thick Leather Patch
Base of bag
Leather inside, to reinforce the straps.

No, we didn't go up, my brother's scared of heights and started having a panic attack about the thought of us going up. Didn't want to ruin his day, but thanks for showing me what I missed...Damn.

Just got back from Italy, where I went to watch the MotoGP with my Dad and brother. First we went to Bologna, to visit the Ducati factory and look around the city.
The Towers of Bologna
Ducati started off as a camera manufacturer, but this was their first step into the world of motorcycles, the Cucciolo, a clip on 48cc single engine.
One of Mike Hailwood's GP bikes.
Bit of engine porn, the 996 Desmoquattro and 998 Testastretta.
The GP bikes.
Visited San Marino just as the sun was setting on the way back to our hotel.
First lap of the MotoGP race, sorry for the snapshot, was too busy watching the race. Unfortunately Shoya Tomizawa died during a crash in the Moto2 race. Very sad loss, especially as Peter Lenz died the same week in a USGPRU race, makes you wonder whether it's all worth it?
Spent a few days in Florence after the race.
Sunrise over Florence, from Fiesole.

Rep d for a cool place. Worth pointing out that the reason the castle is wrecked is because the parliamentarians were pissed that they couldn't break the castle by siege - and were humiliated that the defenders were led by a woman. They finally got in by bribing a local and blew u the castle in revenge.
One of my fav places in the uk. I persuaded my wife we should camp there the summer before our wedding, it would help save £££. Rained 10 days out of 14...
I
Thanks Paul T,rain eh?,always tries to ruin a good camping trip! I love the place, I camped there a couple of weeks ago with my mate, but stayed in a cave directly south of Corfe Castle to stay out of the rain.

Today I went to Corfe Castle, an 11th century stone castle that was a royal fortress for 600 hundred years, until it was laid siege and undermined, blowing it to pieces.
In where would of been the market place, near the main gates, there were some tents showing local crafts, inside one, a man demonstrated weaving. Of course I asked him about denim weaving, he seemed quite pleased that someone was genuinely interested!
He also had an example of an ancient weaving loom. Pretty clever stuff for 5000 BCE.
Finished the day with a walk along the south west coast path to look at Old Harry Rocks.

Nice Indy's Atzec. I decided to go with the Clippers, but was tough deciding!
Pre-Soak Pics (soaking should sort out the lower legs)
I know my cuffs are pretty crappy, just did it quickly.
Very pleased with the jeans, good construction and the denim looks good quality.

Looks like a lovely day out, I LOVE LFC. I agree, the new strip looks good, who's she having on the back?

Just got this Studio D'Artisan Wallet. I let it sit in the sun for an afternoon to darken it a tiny bit.
It has a zip up compartment for coins, section for cards, section for other slim items and a bill section across it's length.
