So for the Veilance insulated shell jackets what's the general consensus? Size down one or true to size?
I just got mine today and I'd go with TTS. I have ~37" chest and wear smalls across the board in most brands.
Small P2P is ~22", but then tapers quickly straight to about 21". When you factor in the insulation thickness, it takes about an inch off the measurements, so the jacket is form fitting. I'm not even sure I could size down and wear anything other than a thin t-shirt.
Have to warranty it though since one of the cuff buttons doesn't lock all the way since I bought the last in my size to get it exchanged from where I bought it.

Did anyone else notice the new Shoehealer AS exclusive? Drool... a very classy, but no-nonsense boot. Haven't checked the pricing, but this blows a lot of the recent Tricker stuff out of the water to my mind.

I was wondering if Richard was gonna post pics of those since I figured the styling is something others would like. That's my MTO pair that I've been waiting on since beginning of February.

RRL FW10 Garment Dyed Officer Chino Green (30x30) - ($240) - $170
Never worn as too small for me, this particular colorway shrunk a lot in the garment dye process and are suited for 31" waist. Nice slim cut with minimal fading. Great construction. This colorway sold out quickly. Fits similar to Low Straight with slightly higher rise, expect minimal stretching if any.

yo did someone really say gravediggaz is wack
Must be some fools who don't even know who Prince Paul is. I don't really listen to much hip-hop these days, but picked up 6 ft deep when it came out and it's definitely a classic album.
Don't understand how these dudes could diss Gravediggaz when the stuff from them posted in this thread isn't anything unique. But maybe I'm an old geezer. I just looked at the release date of 6 ft deep and I was listening to this shit in jr high, not even high school.

Does anyone know if there are any companies (mccoys et. al) that make the double strap M1943 combat service boot like these?
I want to get a pair eventually, and feel like actually mil surplus would be far too worn, or quite far out of my price range?
Probably way out of your price range, but RRL (Julian) came out with a pair this FW season. I personally wouldn't buy them unless you can inspect them in person. As demonito mentioned in another thread, it looks like he didn't actually make these himself. Myself and others I know have had hit or miss (mostly misses) with this seasons RRL boots.

If you actually handle a pair of Julians boots it should be obvious that they are overpriced. Nice looking boots but questionable workmanship and no quality control

u may be right; anyone want to try contacting Al?
lance, how much do Julianboots cost about? (i have a 6" workboot with cap toe and cats paw soles in mind)
His boots run from $800-900. Barney's sells his boots and the RRL boots he makes are in similar price range. Keep in mind if you guys are considering Shell Cordovan, the RRL Madison Boot (Bowery boot in Cordovan) costs $1,200.

They aren't something completely new. The rigid bucklebacks were originally limited edition release a few seasons back, but they re-introduced them as seasonal release this past FW11 and for SS12.
They also typically have a few buckleback jeans per season, but in distressed versions.
